Health Services Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE
[No. 4/ 2010-11 /GAL]
No. LS- 1607 / 2010-11/GAL . 28th September 2010 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Digital Polarimeter ( Imported) for the use of Government Analyst Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram, Regional Analytical Laboratory , Ernakulam and Kozhikode for supply of the above places.
"Tender Digital The tender should be superscribed as No. 4/ 2010-11 / GAL for purchase of Polarimeter ( Imported) and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst, Government Analyst's Laboratory , Thiruvananthapuram - 37 , so as to reach the Chief Government Analyst on or before 4 p.m. on 23-11-2010 . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 24-11-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present that time . at Intending tenderers may sent an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance or Money Order of Rs . 728 (excluding VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms . This is not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p . m . on 22-11-2010 . Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 416 per copy .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ലബോറട്ടറി യിലേയും എന്നീ റീജിയണൽ ഗവൺമെൻറ് എറണാകുളം , അനലിറ്റിക്കൽ അനലിസ്റ് കോഴിക്കോട് ലബോറട്ടറി കളിലേയും ആവശ്യത്തിനായി അതാതു സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ നൽകത്തക്കവിധം ഡിജിററൽ പൊളാരിമീററർ ( വിദേശ നിർമ്മിതി) മുദ്രവച്ച വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുവേണ്ടി ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 4 /2010-11 /ജി.എ.എൽ . എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ചീഫ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്റ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ്സ് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -37 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 23-11-2010 , 4 മണിക്കോ അതിനുമുമ്പോ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 24-11-2010 , 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അസ്‌സലിന് 728 രൂപയും കോപ്പി കൂടി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ കോപ്പി ഒന്നിന് 416 രൂപയും മണി ഓർഡറായോ നേരിട്ടോ അടച്ച് ഗവൺമെൻറ مواله ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് അനലിസ്ററ്സ് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം - 37 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്'' , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില അടച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് കൈ മാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ദർഘാസ് ചെക്കുകളായോ ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില പോസ്ററൽ കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് നൽകുന്നതല്ല . സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വി.പി.പി. ആയി
