SHORT TENDER NOTICE No. BSC - 1 /2010-11 /DBGL/D13 . 3rd November 2010 .
Competitive tenders in sealed covers are invited for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala by the undersigned from the Registered Contractors of Kerala P. W. D. Class A & B ' category for the following works so as to reach this office on or before the date specified below . Tenders will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the date specified below.
Scaled tenders should be send by post only so as to reach the same within the prescribed date and time itself .

Period of Completion- 4 months .

Tender documents and other particulars can be downloaded in the P. W. D. website www . kerala gov. in upto 1 p . m. one day before the tender date. The tender documents should be received this office before 4 p.m. on the tender date together with cost of tender form (in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the under signed ) and E. M. D. only post of registered courrier tender will be entertained and late tenders will be rejected . All other conditions are the same as those current in Kerala Public Works Department .
கேன ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി ദക്ഷിണമേഖല , സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ബിൽഡിംഗ്‌സ് ആൻറ് വർക്സ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം താതാഴെ പറയുന്ന ലോക്കൽ വർക് പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് അംഗീക കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്നും ഏജൻസി /ബ്രാൻഡഡ് മത് സരാ ടി സ് ഥാന ത്തിലുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൻറെ കാലാവധി അതു സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം മുതൽ 4 മാസം വരെ ആയിരിക്കും . മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾകകൾ നാർന ദ് ദിഷ് തീയതിക്കകം തപാൽ മുഖേന ലഭിക്കുന്നവ മാത്രം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട തീയതിക്ക് ഒരു ദിവസം മുമ്പ് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് മണിവരെ പൊതു 200200 വകുപ്പിൻറെ വെബ് സൈററിൽ നിന്നും ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ'ത് എടുക്കാവുന്നതും പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻ്റെ വില ബാങ്ക് ഡിമാൻ ഡാഫ്ററായും ബന്ധനപ്പെട്ട എഞ്ചിനീയർക്ക് മാാറാവുന്നവിധം എടുത്ത് പോസ്റാൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അംഗീകൃത ക്വാറിയർ സർവ്വീസ് മുഖേന ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത 288 ത്തിനുശേഷം കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്ന താണ്. പൊതുമര വകുപ്പില ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും .
