The tender forms which are not accompanied by the agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total cost of the items offered will be rejected. Outside firms , who desire to be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs . 100 along with cost of tender form . The tender forms can be obtained from the undersigned up to 1 p.m. on 23-11-2010 ,by Cash and by Money Order up to 2 p.m. on 16-11-2010 .

ഒറിജിനൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ 50 രൂപ തപാൽവഴിദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില 400 രൂപ + വാറായിരിക്കും . അധികം അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപൂർണ്ണവും വൈകിക്കിട്ടിയതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയി രിക്കുന്ന പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 100 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉടമ്പടിയും ദർഘാസിൻറ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമേ കേരള സർക്കാരിൻറെ മുദ്രപ്പത്ര വിലയായ 100 രൂപ കൂടി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ യഥാക്രമം 23-11-2010 പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ടും 16-11-2010 പകൽ 3 മണി വരെ മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ചാൽ തപാൽ വഴിയും താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of items for set up Networking facility to Government Engineering College , Wayanad , Mananthavady .
The tenders should be superscribed the Tender No. D1 / 1817/10 due on 30-11-2010 at 2 p.m. and addressed to the Principal, Government Engineering College , Wayanad . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m. on 30-11-2010 in the presence of such ofthe tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Engineering College , Wayanad obtain the requisite tender forms in which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 1,768 which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who need the tender form by post should send Money Order Rs . 1,798 to the Principal Government Engineering College , Wayanad. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p . m . on 29-11-2010 . DD/ Cheques/ Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms nor will forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 934 per copy.

എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് വയനാട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിൽ നെറ്റ് വർക്ക് സൗകര്യം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തിനുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു.
ഗവൺമെൻറ് കവറിന് ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ് , വയനാട് , മാനന്തവാടി എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതും പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ ഡി 1 / 1817 /2010 എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതുമാകുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുളളവർക്ക് ഗവൺമെൻറ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് 1,768 രൂപയ്ക്കും തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർക്ക് 1,798 രൂപയ്ക്കും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 30-11-2010 , 2 ๑๓.1 ആകുന്നു. വൈകികിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ครา കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ റദദ് ചെയ്യുവാനുളള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത‌മാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-11-2010, 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായിട്ടുളള വരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 29-11-2010, 3 മണിവരെ ഓഫീസ് വേളയിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ഡി . ഡി . , ചെക1. , ചെക്ക് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ തുടങ്ങിയ രൂപത്തിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . തുറന്ന് പരിശോധി ഇനങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ്ഫോറങ്ങൾ 934 രൂപയ്ക്ക് ലഭ്യമാണ് .
