TENDER NOTICE
3rd November 2010 .
No. A6-2974/ 10/GCW.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab equipments to varous department of Government College for Women, Thiruvanantha- puram for the year 2001-11 . under UGC fund . The tender costs Rs . 3,49,000 . The list of required equipments will be supplied along with the tender form.
The tender should be submitted as " Tender No.A6-2974/2010 /GCW dated 3-11-2010 for the Supply of Lab Equipments to various Departments under UGG fund and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 30-11-2010 at 2 p.m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances . The tenders received within the time stipulated above would be opened on 30-11-2010 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the College Office between 10 a . m. and 1 p . m. on all working days on payment of Rs . 700 + VAT . Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued at Rs . 400+ VAT . Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelop affixing postage stamp of worth Rs . 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circum- starices . The tender forms are not transferable .
Cheques, Postage Stamps and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by V.P.P. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs . 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and Rs . 30 towards postage . Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.
N.B. The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes .

ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 30-11-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ് മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജ് അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കവറിൻറ പുറത്ത് പേരിൽ "ഭണ്ടർ നമ്പർ എ6-2974 / -10/സ.വി.കോ. എന്നും അതിനുപുറമെ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറുകളിലേക്ക് ലാബ്. ണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തിയിരിക്കണം . വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർ சைலതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമുള വിശദീകരണങ്ങൾ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകു ന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 30-11-2010, 2 ๑๓.
ടയറകൾ 30-11-2010-0 3 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ചുമതലപ്പെടു ത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 700 രൂപയും വാറ്റുമാണ്. 932060 ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 1 മണിവരെ താണ് . ഫോറത്തിൻറ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും തപാലിൽ വിലയോടൊപ്പം പ്രവൃത്തി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്ന வேவல் ചാർജ്ജും (50 രൂപയുടെ സ്‌ററാമ്പ്് പതിപ്പിച്ച കവർ സഹിതം ) അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിയോർഡർ ഫോമിൽ ടെബർ 00000 ലഭിക്കേണ്ടവർ മേൽവിലാസം വ്യക്തമായി എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി അയച്ച തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു .
തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് , ചെക്ക്, പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് வெஜல் 400 രൂപയും വാറും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
സൂചന : ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വില എഴുതുമ്പോൾ അത് നികുതിയടക്കമുള്ളതായിരിക്കണം .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports goods utilizing the amount under PD account to Government College , Madappally .
The tenders should be superscribed " Tender for the supply of Sports goods under PD account " and addressed to the Principal , Government College Madappally, Madappally College P.O. , Pin-673 102, Kozhikode District . Late tenders will not be accepted , The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. 7-12-2010, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized repersentatives who may be present at that time . on Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal , Government College Madappally, Madappally College P.O. , Pin-673 102, the requisite tender forms on which tenders be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 312 (Rupees Three hundred and twelve only) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p.m. on 6-12-2010. Cheques , Drafts , Postal Orders , Postage Stamps etc. , will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 156 per copy .
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Every tenderer who has not registered with the State Government Store Purchase Department should also remit 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered for as EMD which can bebe paid by way of DD/FDR etc. drawn in favour of the Principal and payable at SBT , Vadakara .
2. The articles should be supplied to the College at the expense of the supplier.
3. A preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 should be submitted along with the tender.
4. The Principal reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason .
മടപ്പളളി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2010-11 വർഷത്തിൽ പി.ഡി. അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ സ്പോർട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ദാഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് " 2010-11 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ പി.ഡി. അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ സ്പോർട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് മടപ്പളളി , പി.ഒ. മടപ്പളളി കോളേജ് , വടകര , പിൻ - 673 102, കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . 7-12-2017-12-2010 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 6-12-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് .

നിബന്ധനകൾ
1 . സംസ്ഥാന സ്റേറാർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകാർ അവർ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ തുക എത്രയെന്ന് നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പേജിൽ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതും ആ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം സ്ഥിര നിക്ഷേപ രസീത്/ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് എന്നിവയായി അടയ്ക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . (ഡാഫ്ററ് എസ് .ബി . ററി , വടകര ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം .
2. സാമഗ്രികൾ കോളേജിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട ( സ്ഥാപിക്കേണ്ട) താണ് . കയറ്റിറക്ക് /കടത്തുകൂലി എന്നിവ വിതരണക്കാർ വഹിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
3. 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൽ കാണിച്ച പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
4. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ് തമാണ് . നിരസിക്കാനുളള അവകാശം

Tenders should be superscribed for " the supply of sports materialsals under plan- 10-2011 " and addressed to the Principal , Government College , Madappally, Madappally College P.O. , Pin- 673 102, Kozhikode District . Late tenders will not be accepted, The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 7-12-2010, in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal , Governinent College, Madappally, Madappally College P.O. , Pin -673 102 , to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submuted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 412 (Rupees Four hundred and twelve only) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The render forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p . m . on 6-12-2010 . Cheques, Drafts , Postal Orders Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

6. The undersigned reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason .

നിബന്ധനകൾ
