Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of C Arm X-ray Machine to Medical College, Kottayam.

Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs . 2,340 prescribed cost in Cash or by Money Order till 1-12-2010 , 3.30 p.m. No other modes of remittance will be entertained. Those who required tender forms by post, a sum ofRs . 40 will be added towards Postage Charges . Money Orders should reach this office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded .

Theduly signed tenders superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C5/7807/2006/MCK for the purchase of C Arm X-ray Machine " addressed to " The Principal, Medical College, Kottayam -8 " should reach this office on or before 2-12-2010 , 12.30 p.m. the due date mentioned above . Tenders received late will not be entertained. The duly received tenders will be opened at 2-12-2010 , 2.30 p.m at the stipulated time in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who maybe present at that time.
