PRE - QUALIFICATION TENDER NOTICE No. BSC- 1 /2009-10/DBGL/DL . 12th November 2010 .
Tenders for pre - qualification and execution of the building work is invited by Superintending Engineer , Buildings and Local Works , South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram from financially sound and well experienced registered 'A' Class Contractors/ Firms of Kerala Public Works / Irrigation Department who have successfully completed atleast one similar work costing more than 40 % ( Forty percentage) of the estimate P. A. C. of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should be supported by Certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned below obtained from the agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Electrical works hould be got carried out only through PWD licensed Electrical Contractor . The Electrical work will be supervised , measured, check measured and bill passed by the Electrical Wing of the PWD . Tender documents and other particulars can be downloaded in the PWD website (www.kerala.pwd. gov.in) Tenders should be submitted together with cost of tender form (in the form of Demand Draft in favour of undersigned) and EMD so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed for the work as below by Registered Post/Speed Post/ Courier .

എഞ്ചിനീയർ സമാനമായ ദക്ഷിണമേഖലാ സൂഞ്ചിംഗ് ( കെട്ടിടങ്ങളും തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ പണികളും , തിരുവനന്തപുരം ചു വ ടെ ചേർ ത്തി രി ക്കു ന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും സാമ്പത്തിക ശേഷിയുള്ളവരും ഒരു പണിയുടെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 40 % -3 കുറയാത്ത തുക യ്ക്കുള്ള ഏ തെ ങ്കിലും ഒരു പണി ( ഒറാപ്പണി) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചു വർഷത്തി ന കം ചെയ്തുതീർത്തിട്ടുളള വരുമായ കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് } ഇറിഗേഷൻ വകുപ്പില രജിസ്ട്രേഷനുളള കരാറുകാർ സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവർത്തി ഏറെറടുത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ദർഘാസ് പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച പി . ഡബ്ല്യൂ . ഡി . കവറിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ലൈസൻസ് ഉളള ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ കോൺട്രാക്ടർ മുഖേന ഇല ക് (ടിക്കൽ പണികൾ പെയ്യിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ പണികൾക്ക് മേൽനോട്ടം വഹിക്കുന്നതും അളവുകൾ എടുക്കുന്നതും ചെക്ക് മെഷർ ചെയ്യുന്നതും ബില്ലുകൾ പാസ്സാക്കുന്നതും വകുപ്പിലെ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ വിഭാഗമായിരിക്കും .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 3004 ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻറെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻറ വിലയും 4% വാററും അടച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ് . അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ഡൗൺലോഡ് ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണം നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട's തീയതിക്കു ഏഴ് ദിവസം മുമ്പ് ഉച്ചയക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ പൊതു വകുപ്പിൻെറ വെബ് സൈററിൽ നിന്നും എടുക്കാവുന്നതും പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻ്റെ വില , ബാങ്ക് ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി ബന് ധപ്പെട്ട എഞ്ചിനീയർക്ക് മാറാവുന്ന വിധം പോസ്ററൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അംഗീകൃത കൊറിയർ സർവ്വീസ് മുഖേന ബന്‌ധപ്പെട്ട ഓഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം മുൻപരിചയം സംബന്‌ധിച്ച എഗ്രിമെന്റ് അധികാരികളുടെ സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറോടുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയുള്ളൂ .
