NOTIFICATION

G. O. (P) No. 248/2010/LSGD. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 2nd November 2010.

S. R. O. No. 1099/2010.—Under sub-section (5) of section 12 of the Town Planning Act 1108 (IV of 1108), the Government of Kerala have hereby notify that the Government have sanctioned the scheme for the Development of the Paravoor Municipality under sub-section (3) of the said section. The Government Order sanctioning the scheme is hereby published as required under sub-section (5) of the said section. The scheme will be open for inspection of the public in the Paravoor Municipality office during office hours for a period of one month fromthe date of publication of this notification in the Gazette. Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purpose.)The Chief Town Planner has forwarded the Development Plan for Paravoor Municipality for final sanction as required under section 12 of the Town Planning Act, 1108. Government have examined the scheme in details and have approved the scheme as required under the said section. The sanction of the scheme has to be published by notification as required under sub-section (5) of section 12 of the said Act. This notification is intended to achieve the above purpose.
