പാലക്കാട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജി ലേക്ക് 2010-11 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കോളേജ് മാഗസിൻ മുദ്ര‌ണം ചെയ്തത് നൽകുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശ്യം 1,00,000 രൂപ ( ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപ മാത്രം) മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

Sealed tenders are invited for the Printing and supply of College Magazine 2010-11 for Rs . 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh ) (Approximate ) of Government Victoria College , Palakkad as per schedule attached to the Tender form.
മാഗസിൻ ഉളളടക്കം ടെണ്ടറുകൾ കവറിൻറ പുറത്ത് ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ എ5-1101 / 2010-11 " കോളേജ് മുദ്രണവും വിതരണവും 2010-11 " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജ് , പാലക്കാട്- 678 001 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 13-12-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്കു മുമ്പായി കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 13-12-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായിട്ടുളള കരാറു കാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറിൻറയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തതുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
The tenders should be superscribed " Tender for Printing and supply of College Magazine 2010-11 , A5/1101 / 2010-11 " and should addressed to "The Principal , Government Victoria College, Palakkad - 678 001" . The filled in tenders should reach in this office on or before 13-12-2010, 2 p . m. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances . The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m . on 13-12-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised represen- tatives who may be present at that time .
on Intending tenderers may on application to "The Principal , Govt . Victoria College, Palakkad- 678 001 " obtain the requisite tender forms which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by Money Order or cash remittance of Rs . 416 (Rupees For hundred and Sixteen only) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable .
താൽപ്പര്യമുളള കരാറുകാർ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനായി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് വിക്ടോറിയ കോളേജ് , പാലക്കാട് -678 001 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് കൈമാറ00 ത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി 416 രൂപ ( നാനൂറ്റിപതിനാറ്രൂപ മാത്രം ) (നികുതിയടക്കം ) അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിൽപ്പന 13-12-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് നേരിട്ട് അടയ്ക്കുകയോ മണിയോർഡറായി ഫോറത്തിൻറെ , അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാം . പോസ്റോജ് സ്ററാമ്പുകൾ മുതലായവ സ്വീകരി ക്കുകയോ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫോറം , ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ ആയതിലേക്കായി 208 രൂപ (ഇരുനൂറ്റി എട്ട രൂപ മാത്രം ) കൂടി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 13-12-2010 . Cheques , Postage Stamps , Demand Drafts, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor willbe sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued at Rs . 208 per copy .
