TENDER/AUCTION NOTICE

11th November 2010.
The materials collected by felling/thinning from various plantations of Thenmala and Aryankavu Ranges of Thenmala Division stacked at dumping site shown in the schedule hereto attached will be sold in tender/auction at the time and place mentioned in the schedule by Divisional Forest Officer, Thenmala or by any other officer authorized by him for the purpose subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50 dated 22-12-2009 vide notification No. Pro. 5-6835/2009 dated 2-12-2009 of the Chief Conservator of Forests (P) and other sale conditions prevalent in the Forest Department. This Gazette notification is available in the website of Forest Department www.keralaforest.org. & www.keralaforest.gov.in. Any further notification to the sale conditions that may be ordered by the Government after the publication of this sale notification will also be applicable to the sale. If the notified date of tender/auction declared as a holiday, the same will be conducted on the next working day at the same time and place and if the sale is not possible on the notified date due to other reasons the same will be conducted on the alternate date shown in the schedule at the same place and time without further notification. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quality and quantity of the material put up for sale before the commencement of the auction and any complaints whatsoever will not be entertained after the sale proceedings are over. In case, any Government department requires any of the materials the quantity remaining after their selection only will be auctioned. The Tender/Auction will commence at the time noted in the schedule in the dumping site and will continue till the sale of materials lotted for the day is over.
Tender form can be had from the Office of the undersigned till 1 p. m. on the day before the auction date on payment of Rs. 200 + VAT. The last date and time of receipt of tender is at 9 a. m. on the auction date.

ദർഘാസ്/ലേല ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായി വന്നാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വച്ച് ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പൊതു ഒഴിവല്ലാതെ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം നടത്താൻ കഴിയാതെ വന്നാൽ 13-12-2010-ന് രാവിലെ 10 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ കൂടാതെ ഡമ്പിങ്ങ് ഡിപ്പോയിൽ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിന് മുമ്പായി ഇറക്കുന്ന ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ കൂടി ലേലത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ലേല/ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലത്തിന് മുമ്പായി ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ നൽപ്പു-നിൽപ്പുകൾ ക≠് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. ആയതിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പിന്നീട് ഉ≠ാകുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതികളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Separate sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for the following works indicated in the schedule given below from Registered PWD Contractors who have sufficient experience in errection of solar power fencing so as to reach the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent Valley Division before 3 p. m. on 8-12-2010. The tenders received will be opened by the Wildlife Warden or any other officer authorized by him at 3.30 p. m. on the same day in the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent Valley Division, Mannarkkad. Tender form can be purchased from the office of the Wildlife Warden, Mannarkkad on any of the working days till 1 p. m. on 8-12-2010. The registered contractors will be supplied with the tender forms only on the production of their Registration Cards. The price of the tender form is non- refundable under any circumstances. Tenders received after the due time and date and not accompanied by proper Earnest Money Deposit will not normally be entertained. The tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 will be rejected. If the tender date happens to be a public holiday, tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
If the tender is not conducted on 8-12-2010 the same will be conducted on 14-12-2010 or on 20-12-2010 as per same condition mentioned above.
All the rules in force in Public Works Department/ Forest Department regarding the tender notification will be applicable to this tender also. The Wildlife Warden reserves full rights in rejecting tenders without assigning any reason.
Cost of tender form—Rs. 700 + VAT for Sl. No. 1 Rs. 400 + VAT for Sl. No. 2, Rs. 800 + VAT for Sl. No. 3 and Rs. 1,200 + VAT for Sl. No. 4.
Time of Completion—2 months.
Completion time will be applicable from the date of agreement.

The equipments used for the above works should have the quality certificate issued by power research institute Bangalore/DGS & D.
