TENDER NOTICE
3rd November 2010.
No. A1-428/2010 .
Sealed tenders are invited till 3 p.m. on 14-12-2010 from approved contractors for the supply of food materials for the spotted Deers in Deer Rehabilitation Centre in Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary during 2010-11 by Wildlife Warden , Thiruvananthapuram Wildlife Division for and on behalf of Governor of Kerala . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the bidders present on that date. The tenders can be sent by post also well in advance so as to reach this office in time .
Approximate Estimate Amount Rs 19.45 Lakh .
EMD-Rs . 19,450 .
Cost of tender form-Rs . 3,000 + VAT .
Remarks.In case the tender cannot be conducted on the notified date, it will be conducted on 15-12-2010- at the same time and place .
Qualification of Contractor- Licence in original issued by the local self institution for the supply of food materials to animals is to be produced.
Periodbefore which work is to be completed- From the date of this agreement upto the date of tender agreement for the ensuing year 2011-12.
The details and necessary documents will be obtained from the Office of the Wildlife Warden , Thiruvananthapuram on any working days till 1 p.m. of tender date . Tender form can be obtained by remitting money either directly or through money order with necessary application . The cost of tender formwill not be returned . Tender forms are not transferable . A preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 100 in prescribed form should also be submitted along with the tender . The tender without the preliminary agreement will be refused . If the tender date becomes holiday, the tender will be conducted on 15-12-2010.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം വൈൽഡ് ലൈഫ് ഡിവിഷനിലെ നെയ്യാർ വന്യജീവിസങ്കേതത്തിൽ സംരക്ഷിച്ചുവരുന്ന മാനുകൾക്ക് 2010-11 വർഷത്തേക്ക് (കരാർ തീയതി മുതൽ 2011-2012 വർഷത്തിൽ ടി പ്രവർത്തിക്ക് എഗ്രിമെൻറ് വയ്ക്കുന്നതുവരെ ) ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും സിൽവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-12-2010-0 മൂന്ന് മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ്റെ ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . അന്നേദിവസം (14-12-2010), ഉദ്ദേശ അടങ്കൽ തുക -19.45 ലക്ഷം രൂപ .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം- രൂപ 19,450 .
ദർഘാസുകൾ 2010-11 വർഷം മാനുകൾക്ക് ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ " എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടിയതും നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലും മുദ്രവച്ചതുമായിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളും സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
1. നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ 60099 തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം .
2. നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 20 ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറയാതെയുള്ള സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് .
3. 100 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നിയമാനുസൃതമാസൃതമായ എഗ്രിമെന്റ് .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി വേണം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-12-2010 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാറുടെയോഹാജരുളള സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . கவர் ദാഖാമൂലം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ " ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിശ്ചിത ഫോറം (സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) വൈൽഡ് വാർഡൻ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻറെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 14-12-2010-ാം തീയതി 2200 ഒരു മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർന്നതാണ്. ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കുപുറമെ നിലവിലുളള സ്റേറാർ പർച്ചേസ് നിയമങ്ങൾക്കും വിധേയമായിട്ടായിരിക്കണം സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം അസ്‌സലിന് 3,000 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും പകർപ്പിന് ആയതിന്റെ 50 ശതമാനവും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മറ്റ് രേഖകളും ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തവരുടെ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ , ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ പോലും പരിഗണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം ചീഞ്ഞുപോകാത്ത ഇനങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട സാധനങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പിളും സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാരിക്ക് കാരണം വിശദമാക്കാതെ ഈ ടെണ്ടർ മാററ്റി വയ്ക്കുവാനും , റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യുവാനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനും അധികാരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങ വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ്റെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
അതേ mam ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് നടത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കിൽ 15-12-2010-ന് സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും വച്ച് മേൽവിവരിച്ച പ്രകാരം ദർഘാസ് നടത്തുന്നതാണ് .
