No. DC - 13/190/2010 .
Pre-qualification cum tenders are invited for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala by the Superintending Engineer , Roads and Bridges , North Circle, Kozhikode for the following work .
Name ofwork- Palakkad District-Improvements and upgradation of Menonpara - Chullimada road km . 3/460 to 5/960 (Kinfra road site) atKanjikode .
Estimate PAC-Rs . 463 lakh .
Time of Completion- 9 months.
Cost of tender form is Rs . 25,000 +VAT E. M. D. of Rs . 50,000 should be endorsed for the work in favour of the Superintending Engineer . The date of issue of tender documents is from 13-12-2010 to 15-12-2010 upto 1 p .p. m. Last date of receipt of tender is on 20-12-2010 upto 4p.m. The technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the same day . If it falls as a holiday , the next workingdaywill be taken into account . The Contractor having 'A' Class Registration in PWD/ Irrigation Department of Kerala State and who have completed atleast one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40% of the estimate cost of above worksworks wiwithin 5 years . The documents in proof of this shall be

produced along with the application for tender documents . The tender form and schedule will be available in departmental website . The E.M.D. and preliminary agreement and T. R. 5 ( in Original ) should be furnished along with Pre-qualification tender . All other conditions prevailing in P. W. D. regarding pre-qualification bids and tenders are laid down in G. O. (P) No. 84/ 97/PW & T dated 19-8-1997 will be applicable . Concession which is allowed to the Kerala State Construction Corporation and Labour Contract Co-operative Societies as per rules in force will be applicable. Tender documents will be accepted by this office only through Registered Post/Speed Post . Further details can be had from this office on all working days .
Note: Pre-qualification tender documents should be submitted with all detail in separate covers as follows :
Cover 1- Technical bid in duplicate with TR 5 or DD towards cost of tender form, EMD and Preliminary agreement etc. tied together .
Cover 2- Financial bid .
The above cover should contain name ofwork , address , contact etc. and these covers are to be enclosed in a big cover with name of work and address written on it . Otherwise the tender will be rejected . E.M.D. should be invariably from a Scheduled Bank .

പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ പേര് -പാലക്കാട കാഞ്ചിക്കോടുളള മേനോൻ പാറ -ചുള്ളിമട റോഡ് കി . മീ . 3/460 മുതൽ 5/960 വരെ (കിൻഫ്ര റോഡ ' സൈറാ്) അഭിവൃദ്ധി പ്പെടുത്തലും അപ 'ഗ്രേഡ് ചെയ്യലും .
അടങ്കൽ തുക രൂപ 463 ലക്ഷം .
കേരള സ്റേറ000" കൺസ്ട്രക്ഷൻ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്‌ട് സൊസൈറ്റികൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക നിയമ പ്രകാരമുള്ള എല്ലാ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . അ പേക്ഷകർ അതാ തു പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 40 ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത തും സമാനസ്വഭാവമുള്ളതുമായ ഒരു പ്രവൃത്തിയെങ്കിലും കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തിനുളളിൽ ചെയ്തു തീർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുമായ ' എ ' ക്ലാസ ' കരാറുകാർ ആയിരിക്കണം , ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിലോ , സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് , കൊറിയർ മുഖാന്തിരമോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
നിർമ്മാണ കാലാവധി- 9 മാസം .
കുറിപ്പ് : -മുൻയോഗ്യതാ താണ് . നിർണ്ണയ ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട പായുന്ന പ്രകാരം
കവർ 1- ടെക്നിക്കൽ ബിഡ് 2 കോപ്പി യോടൊപ്പം ടി . ആർ . 5 , അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയ്ക്കുളള ഡി.ഡി. നിരതദ്രവ്യം, (പാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി എന്നിവ തുന്നി ചേർത്തത് .
കവർ 2- ഫൈനാൻഷ്യൽ ബിഡ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില രൂപ 25,000 + വാറും നിരത ( ഭവ്യം 50,000 രൂപയും ആയിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുളള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും 13-12-2010 പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ദർഘാസ മുതൽ 15-12-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ നൽകുന്ന താണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-12-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ 4 മണിവരെയാണ് . മുൻ യോഗ്യതാ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ അന്നേദിവസം 4.30 -ന് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . അന്നേദിവസം അവധി യാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം തുറക്കുന്ന താണ് .
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ കവറുകൾ , പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് അടക്കം ചെയ്‌ത രേഖകളുടെ പേര് , മേൽവിലാസം എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് മൂന്നാമത്തെ കവറിൽ வெறு " പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് , മേൽവിലാസം എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ ബാങ്കിൻറതായിരിക്കണം .

വർക്കിൻറെ ഷെഡ്യൂളും ദർഘാസ" ഫോമും ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെൻറ് വെബ്സെററിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം, പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി , അസ്‌സൽ ടി . ആർ . 5 രസീത് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡി.ഡി. എന്നിവ പ്രീ -ക്വാളി ഫിക്കേഷൻ ബിഡ്‌ഡുകളോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് 19-8-1998 -ലെ ജി . ഒ . (പി ) 84 / 97 /പി . ഡബ്ല്യൂ . ആൻറ് ടിയിൽ പറയുന്ന എല്ലം നിബന്ധനകളും കൂടാതെ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയ ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധ‌ിച്ച നിലവിലുളള എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും .
