Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 15th November 2010.
In the Notification issued as G. O. (P) No. 10/2006/Home dated 21st January, 2006 and published as S. R. O. No. 164/2006, in Part I, Section (iv) of the Kerala Gazette No. 8 dated the 21st February, 2006,—
(1) in sub-rule (1) of rule 1, for the figure "1994" read "2006";
(2) In rule 2,—
(i) in sub-rule (6),—
(a) in sub clause (vii), for "Promotion or Transfer Direct Recruitment" read "Promotion or Transfer or Direct Recruitment";
(b) in clause (viii), for "against item (e)" read "against item (c)" and for "shall be submitted, usually" read "shall be substituted, namely:—";
(c) in clause (ix),—
(i) for "for item (e) in category 6" read "for item (c) in category 6";
(ii) for "be substituted usually" read "be substituted, namely";
and
(iii) for "(e) Lower Division including" read "(c) Typist Lower Division including".

(d) in clause (x) for "shall be substituted" read "shall be added";
(ii) in sub-rule (7) for "for rule 15, the following rule usually" read "for rule 15 the following shall be substituted, namely"

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
As per G. O. (P) No. 10/2006/Home dated 21st January, 2006 published as S. R. O. No. 164/2006 in Part I, section iv of the Kerala Gazette No. 8 dated 21st February, 2006, the Kerala Judicial Ministerial Subordinate Service (Amendment) Rules, 1994 have been notified. But some typographical errors have crept in the said Rules. Government have therefore, decided to rectify the errors by an erratum notification.
The notification is intended to achieve the above purpose.

In the Notification issued as G. O. (P) No. 11/2006/Home dated 21st January, 2006 and published as S. R. O. No. 165/2006 in Part I, Section, (iv) Kerala Gazette No. 8, dated the 21st January, 2006,—
(i) in rule 2, against Category 4, for "Chief Judicial Magistrate Courts" read "Chief Judicial Magistrate's Courts";
(ii) in clause (b) of rule 5, in the Note, for "rates" read "ratio";
(iii) in rule 11, for "member who is complete" read "member who so completes".

No. 165/2006 in the Kerala Gazette No. 8, Part I, section iv dated the 21st January, 2006, the Kerala Judicial Ministerial Service Rules, 1994 have been notified. But some errors have crept in the said Rules. Government have, therefore, decided to rectify the errors by way of an erratum notification to the said Rules.
