ERNAKULAM DISTRICT 1961 -ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും ഭൂരേഖയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്‌ടിലെ 6-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം
പറയുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിലെ താഴെ പായുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽ പ്പെടുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ സർവ്വെ നടത്തണമെന്ന്ഗവൺമെൻറ് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിക്കയാൽ താഴെ പായുന്ന ഭൂമിയിലെ സർവ്വെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന താണെന്നും പ്രസ്തുത ഭൂമി അതിർത്തി തിരിച്ച" സർവ്വെ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നും 1961-1 സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക് ടിലെ 6 (1 )-ാം വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു .
06 പറയുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉളളിലോ അവയോട് ചേർന്നോ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന രജിസ്‌റാർ ചെയ്ത ഭൂമിയിൽ അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്ന് തേർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏതൊരാളെയും നേരിട്ടോ ഏജൻ സ്‌ഥലത്ത" ജോലി മുഖേനയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവ്വെയറുടെ അടുത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനും അതിരുകൾ കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനും അതിനോട് ബന്‌ധപ്പെട്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുംവേണ്ടി ডাকতোজ പ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനുംവേണ്ടി ഇതിനാൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്‌ടിലെ 6 ( 2 ) എന്ന വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഈ പരസ്യം താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഭൂമിയിൽ അവകാശ ബന്ധമുള്ള സാധുവായ നോട്ടീസായി കണക്കാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരാൾക്കുമുളള
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്‌ടിലെ 6 ( 3 ) എന്ന വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം കൈവശക്കാരും :-- രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ
( എ) സർവ്വെ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുവേണ്ടി നിർമ്മാർജ്ജനം ചെയ്യേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുള്ള വല്ല മരങ്ങളോ , കുററി ക്കാടുകളോ , വേലികളോ നിൽക്കുന്ന വിളകളോ 15 നീക്കം സാരവത്തായ മറുതടസ്സങ്ങളോ ദിവസത്തിനകം മുറിച്ചു കളയുകയോ ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്ത്‌ അതിരുകളോ, ലൈനുകളോ വെടിപ്പാക്കണമെന്നും ;
(ബി ) കൊടി പിടിക്കുന്നവരെയും ചെയിൻമാൻ മാരേയും നിയോഗിച്ച് അതതുസമയം ആവശ്യ മായേക്കാവുന്ന സമയത്തേയ്ക്കും കാലത്തേക്കും തൊഴിലാളികളെ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും ;
(സി ) അനുയോജ്യമായ സർവ്വ അടയാളങ്ങൾ നൽകണമെന്നും മറ്റു പ്രകാരത്തിൽ പ്രസ്തുത അതു പ്രകാര മുണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുള ചട്ടങ്ങളോ അനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടേയ്ക്കാ വുന്ന സഹായങ്ങൾ സർവ്വെയർക്ക് നൽകണ മെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു .
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ( എ ) മുതൽ ( സി ) വരെയുള്ള ഖണ്ഡങ്ങൾ (പകാരമുളള അഭ്യർത്ഥനകൾ അനുസരിക്കു ന്നതിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും വീഴ്‌ചവരുത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ജോലി കൂലിപ്പണിക്കാരെക്കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ആ ക " ടി ലും ആയതിൻറെ തുപ്രകാരമുണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളിലും വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുപോലെ വീ ഴ'ചവരുത്തിയിട്ടു മ വരിൽനിന്നും വസൂലാക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .
