TENDER NOTICE
[No. 18 /2010 / Plan ]

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Goods and Sports Equipments under the Plan Scheme 2010-11 for a Total Amount of Rs . 70,000.
as The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. 18/2010/ Plan for the supply of Sports Goods and Sports Equipments and addressed to the Principal , Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sales of tender form will be closed on 28-12-2010 at 2 p.m. The last date "for receipt of tender form is 28-12-2010 at 3 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 28-12-2010 at 4 p. m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
on Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam , Thalassery obtain the requisite tender forms which the tenders should be submitted. The cost of the tender forms is Rs . 420 (Rupees Four hundred and twenty only) . Application forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 420 at the officeoffice or by Money Order , which isthe price fixed for a form and is not, refundable under any circumstances. Cheques , Postage stamps , Postal orders , Demand drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Forms will not be sent by V. P. P. Tender forms are not transferable . Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % total cost of the articles tendered for . This is subject to a minimum of Rs . 30 (Rupees thirty only) . Tender form if required by Post an additional amount of Rs . 40 should be sent . of
An agreementment executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs.100 (Rupees Hundred only) is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they required for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of Rs . 120 (Rupees One hundred for Stamp Paper and Rs. 20 for incidental expenses) . Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at Rs . 210 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form .
The Principal reserves herself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
തലശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെൻറ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജിലേക്ക് അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സ്പോർട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി 70,000 രൂപ അനുവദി ച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . അതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു .
കോളേജിലേക്ക് വാങ്ങുന്ന നായക ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്ന തിനായുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ 18 / 2010/ ( പ്ലാൻ എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ( ஜ scge", ധർമ്മടം , ഗവൺമെൻറ് و തലശ്ശേരി -6 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ താണ് . ടെണ്ടർ 00000. 28-12-2010 , 2 മണി കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് .
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 28-12-2010, 3 ๑๓. ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 28-12-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുളള വരുടെയോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണിഓർഡറായോ 420 ( നാന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത് രൂപമാത്രം) അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ തപാൽ ചെലവ് 40 രൂപ കൂടി അയച്ചു തരേണ്ടതാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ചുനൽകുന്നതല്ല . ഫോമുകൾ വി . പി , പി . ആയി അയയ്യയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക്, اللهالله പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1 % തുക . ഇ.എം.ഡി. അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇത് ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 20 ആയിരിക്കണം . ഫോമിൻറെ കൂടെ 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള വർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപത്രം ഫോമിൻ്റെ കൂടെ അയച്ചു തരുന്നതും അതിനുവേണ്ടി അധികമായി 120 രൂപ മണിഓർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതുമാണ് .
ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോറ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ മുളളവർ 210 രൂപ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് , ഒറിജിനൽ ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ. കൈമാറ ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല .
ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ മുഴുവനായോ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ. സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതി നുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
