RE - TENDER NOTICE
15th November 2010 .
No. D2-135/2010.
Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of following items required for the training purpose of ITI , Kollam .
Cost of tender form :
Original-Rs . 300+ 12.5 % VAT .
Duplicate Rs . 150 + 12.5 % VAT .
Last date and time of sale of tender forms-29-1-2011 , 3 p . m .
Last date and time of receipt of tender-29-1-2011 , 4 p . m .
Date and time of opening of tender- 30-1-2011 , 3 p . m.
The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and date addressed to the Principal , ITI , Kollam . Late and incomplete tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at the date and time mentioned above in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. The tenders should be in the prescribed form which can be obtained from theOffice of the Principal on payment .
Those who desire to get the tender forms by post should send the cost of tender form + Postage by Money Order along with their application in favour of the Principal, ITI , Kollam- 14 . It is not reasonable under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable . Draft , Cheque and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and tender forms will not be sentby VPP. Duplicate tenders will be issued on remittance of the prescribed rate . Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 required for executing the agreement along with tender will be supplied to the firms outside the State on remittance of Rs . 125 by M. O. Rs . 25 is intended for Postage and incidental charge . EMD % of total cost of the articles teudered should be furnished with every tender as D.D. Validity period is 3 months from the date of opening of tender .
The Principal, ITI , Kollam reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders or any of the tenders without assigning reasons thereon .
വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പിന്റെ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കൊല്ലം ചന്ദനത്തോപ്പ് ഐ.ടി.ഐ. ലേക്ക് 36 പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ടെൻഡറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 29-1-2011 , 4 മണി, ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും- 30-1-2011 , 3 മണി .
ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിഓർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഐ.ടി.ഐ. , ചന്ദനത്തോപ്പ് , കൊല്ലം -14 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്നതും പൂർണ്ണമല്ലാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 100രൂപയുടെ മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 3 മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്കിന് (പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം , കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളളവർക്ക് 125 രൂപ (25 രൂപ തപാൽ ചാർജ് , സ്റേറഷനറി ചാർജ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) മണിഓർഡർ അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ 100 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണം മാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ദർഘാസ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ നിശ്ചിത തുക അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഇനത്തിൽ അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . പൂർണ്ണമായ അധികാരം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ St. No.
