TENDER NOTICE

No. C3 / 17084 / 2010/MCK .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of Biphasic Defibrillator with Recorder- 1 No. to Medical College , Kottayam .
Tender forms can be had from this Office on payment of Rs . 416 prescribed cost in cash or by Money Order till 30-12-2010 , 11.30 p.m. No other modes of remittance will be entertained . Those who require tender forms by post , a sum of Rs . 40 will be added towards postage charges . Money Orders should reach this Office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded .
The duly signed tenders supersoribed on the envelope as "Tender No. G3/17084/2010 /MCK for the purchase of Biphasic Defibrillator with. Recorder ( INo. ) addressed to "The Principal , Medical College, Kottayam-8 " should reach this office on or before 30-12-2010 , 1p.m. the duc date mentioned in the schedule . Tenders received late will not be entertained . The duly received tenders will be opened at 30-12-2010, 2.30 р . m . at the stipulated time in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time .
Further details can be obtained from this Office during working hours . The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
കോട്ടയം ബൈസിക്ക മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലേക്ക് ഡിഫിബ്രിലേറ്റർ റെക്കോർഡർ 1 എണ്ണം വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ 416 രൂപ നിശ്ചിത തുക അടച്ച് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും 30-12-2010 , 11.30 മണിവരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ 40 രൂപ അധികം മണിഭാർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിഓർഡറുകൾ ഭർദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുൻപ് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
ബൈസിക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ സ13 / 17084 / 2010 / എം . സി . കെ. '' ഉപകരണത്തിൻറ ഡിഫിബ്രിലോറർ വിത്ത് റെക്കോർഡർ മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് , കോട്ടയം . 8 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ13 30-12-2010, 1 മണിക്കുമുൻപ് ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയക്കേണ്ട താണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണമായതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-12-2010 , 2.30 മണിക്ക് നിശ്ചിത തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
കാണിക്കാതെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ലഭ്യമാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവും ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുവാനുള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമാണ് .
