Sealed teaders are invited for the supply of equipments required for Industrial Electronics Lab of E & C to Government Engineering College, Barton Hill , Thiruvananthapuram.

Estimate Cost is Rs . 1,58,000,

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P2 /3853 /2010/GEC due on 17-12-2010 and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 3p.m. on 17-12-2010. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders accepted will be opened at 11 a , m. on 18-12-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form onwhich tenders shouldbe submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by remittance of Rs . 417 which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circum- stances . The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 17-12-2010 . Cheques, Stamps , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at the rate of Rs . 208 per copy .

As per tender condition , the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs . 50 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 1 % ofthe total cost of the articles tendered . Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected.
