ആലേഖനം ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി ദക്ഷിണമേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും വിഭാഗം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന പണിക്ക് വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ 20 ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ തപാൽവഴി ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാല താമസത്തിന് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിൻ്റെ വിലയുടെ തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാൻറ * (ഡ്രാഫ്റ് സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4.30 - ന് ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ പോസ്ററ് അഥവാ അംഗീകൃത കൊറിയർ മുഖേന സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് .

If the last date of receipt of the tender is to be declared as holiday, tenders will be received on the next working day according to the schedule fixed . Preliminary agreement should be enclosed duly filled and signed by the tenderers in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100. Tenders not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted . Along with the tender documents , attested copies of registration certificate of cocontractors should be enclosed . The electrical work of the above building shall be done simultaneously with approved licencies of Electrical Inspectcrate/Registered Electrical contractors in PWD under the supervision of Electrical wing of PWD . If the last date of the receipt of the tender is to be declared as holiday , tenders willbe received on the next working day according to the schedule fixed . Preliminary agreement should be enclosed duly filled and signed by the tenderers in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100. Tenders not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted .
