The following draft amendment to the notification issued as G. O. (Ms.) No. 44/87/H.Edn. dated 10th February 1987 and published as S. R. O. No. 489/87 in section iv Part I of the Kerala Gazette No. 13 dated the 31st March 1987, which the Government of Kerala propose to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 5 of the Charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (Central Act 6 of 1890) is hereby published as required by rule 3 of the Charitable Endowments (Kerala) Rules, 1966, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby;
Notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken up for consideration on or after the sixtieth day from the date of publication of this notification and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the Government. Objections and suggestions, if any, shall be addressed to the Secretary to Government of Kerala, General Education (SC) Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram-1.

In the said notification, under the heading SCHEME, in paragraph 7, the following sentence shall be omitted, namely:—
"The date of distribution of prize should be informed to the donor Sri P. Gopalakrishnan Nair, Assistant Director of Agriculture, Vocational Higher Secondary Education, Government High School, Kulathur or in his home address P. Gopalakrishnan Nair, Assistant Director of Agriculture, P. G. Sadanam, Valiyavila, Venpakal P. O. (Via), Aralummoodu, Neyyattinkara."
