Industrial Training Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments for Welder trade of Government I.T.I. , Chackai.
The cover containing tenders should be super- scribed B5/ 01/10 dated 25-11-2010 and addressed to the Principal, Govt . I. T. I. , Chackai . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m. on 28-12-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised represent- atives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government I. TI . , Chackai obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 + VAT @ 4% which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Kerala Stamp Paper required for executing preliminary agreement along with the tender will be provided to firms outside Kerala, if they remit an amount of Rs . 125 by Money Order separately . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p . m . on 27-12-2010. Last date and time of receipt of tender is at 2 p.m. on 28-12-2010. Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted 10wards the cost of tender forms , nor will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on remittance of cost is Rs . 250 .
ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഐ . ററി . ഐ . -യിലെ വെൽഡർ ട്രേഡിലേക്ക് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്ന തിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ബി 5 / 01 / 10 , തീയതി 25-11-2010 എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടു പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റാ ത്തേണ്ടതും ഐ . ററി , ഐ . , ചാക്ക എന്ന നിശ്.പിത തീയതിക്ക് മുൻപായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ട തുമാണ് . അവസാന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 28-12-2010-0 2 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവരുടെയോ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ മുമ്പിൽവച്ച് അവരുടെ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
തുക എഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഐ. ററി , ഐ . , ചാക്കയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അസ്‌സലിന് രൂപ 400+വാറ് @ 4% പകർപ്പിന് രൂപ 250+ വാററ് 4% ഒടുക്കി വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 27-12-2010 - ന് 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസുകൾ 28-12-2010 , 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ചെക്കുകൾ, ഓർഡറുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള കമ്പനികൾ സ്ററാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിന് 125 രൂപ അയയ 'ക്കുന്നപക്ഷം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ചു തരുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ , വില ഒടുക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ് .
