ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 417 രൂപ നൽകി വില വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 27-12-2010-50 തീയതി 2 മണിവരെ ഫാറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . ചെക്ക്, (ഡാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്‌റേജ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആയി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂരിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ഒരു പ്രതിക്ക് 208 രൂപ കൂടി അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് നിയമമനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പി ക്കുമ്പോൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരത കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ദ്രവ്യവും വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാൽവഴി ആവശ്യമുളളവര 60 രൂപ അധികമായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന പേരിൽ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് . കമ്പനിക്കാർക്ക് ബാർട്ടൺഹിൽ , മണിയോർഡർ കേരളത്തിന പുറത്തുളള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രം മാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 60 രൂപ കൂടി അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

Tenders , sealed with sealing wax are invited for the supply of Equipments of Electrical Engincering Department to Government Engineering College , Thrissur .
Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D1 / 143/2010-11 for the supply of equipments for Electrical Engineering Department and addressed to the Principal, Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 30-12-2010 , 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 31-12-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender forms froms the Principal, Government Engineering College , Thrissur on cash remittance of Ks. 416 the price fixed for requisite tender form. Duplicate forms if required will be issued at Rs . 208 per copy . Tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms willbe closed at12 Noon on 30-12-2010 .
Cost of tender forms should be remitted cither in Cash or by Money Order Rs . 416+ Postal Charges . No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be sent by V.P.P.
The offer should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders . No advance payments will be given. Tenders without EMD will not be accepted.
