Ranked List No. 123/2010/DOK. 22nd March 2010.
The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 7-6-2008 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 9-2-2010 for selection to the post of Tradesman (Welding) on Rs. 4990-7990 (Category No. 380/2007) in Technical Education Department in Kottayam District arranged in the order of merit.
The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 22-3-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of Rs.50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee".
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 27-3-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List or after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 26-4-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 29-10-2009 for the post of Field Worker (Category No. 77/2007) on Rs. 4400-6680 in Health Services Department in Kozhikode District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 12-3-2007, arranged in the order of merit. This ranked list is brought into force with effect from 15-3-2010.
The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in this the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt should reach to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within one month from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will be not be refunded.
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
1084 KERALA GAZETTE [PART IBCandidates who wish to obtain Xerox copies of their OMR answer script (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred only) in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-Other receipts". The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within one month of the date of publication of this Ranked List. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The Fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are Prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kozhikode within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

31-10-2007-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിൽ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിൽ 4990-7990 രൂപ ശമ്പള നിരക്കിൽ ട്രേഡ്സ്മാൻ (ടൂൾ ആന്റ ് ഡൈ) (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 370/2007) തസ്തികയിലേക്കുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടു പ്പിനായി 5-12-2008-ന് നടത്തിയ ഒബ്ജക്ടീവ് മാതൃകയിലുള്ള പരീക്ഷയുടെ (ഒ. എം. ആർ. മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം) അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാൻ സോപാധികമായി അർഹരാണെന്നു ക≠ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടിക ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.
പരീക്ഷയിൽ 45 (നാൽപ്പത്തി അഞ്ച്്) അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടിക യുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവുകൾ വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

(3) സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടി ട്ടുളള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതായത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
(4) ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള സംവരണം അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായത്തിൽപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജി. ഒ. (പി) നമ്പർ 117/2008/എസ്.സി./എസ്.റ്റി./ഡി.ഡി. തീയതി 19-12-2008 പ്രകാരമുള്ള നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് സഹിതം പ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ചവരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത 'ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ' ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികയിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഇനിയൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

(6) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ്പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പു കളും മറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്.
(7) രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ വെരിഫിക്കേഷന് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റൊരറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അവരെ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.
സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകളും അസാധുവാക്കിയതിനുള്ള കാരണങ്ങളും വിവരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം കൂടി വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.
നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീ കരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൽപ്പെട്ടവരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധി ക്കാനും അവയുടെ സിറോക്സ് കോപ്പി ലഭിക്കാനും അപേക്ഷി ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്ന താണ്.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 10-1-2009 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the probability list published on 19-1-2010 for selection to the post of Tradesman Machinist (Category No.378/2007) on Rs. 4990-7990 in Technical Education Department in Kozhikode District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 31-10-2007, arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 27-3-2010.
The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said List will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the exisiting procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked, if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account '0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee'. The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC Distict Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within one month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Applications for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and priinted in A4 size paper from the Commissions website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for recheking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
14th DEC. 2010] KERALA GAZETTE 1099Candidates who wish to obtain Xerox copies of their OMR answer script (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-Other Receipts-99-other receipts". The duly filled in application in the prescribed form available from the Commission's website (www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within one month of the date of publication of this Ranked List. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The Fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kozhikode within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.
In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.
All the eligible candidates who have appeared in the OMR test held on 10-1-2009 have been included in the Ranked List.
