In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri M. K. Venugopalan, Advocate, Pariyani House, Pullisseri P.O., Mannarkkad, Palakkad as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 21-11-2010 in the area comprising Mannarkkad Taluk in the Revenue District of Palakkad with Register No. 2/2000/PLKD.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri. N. Sivanandan, Advocate, Pallakkarantazhikom, Pattathanam, Kollam-691 021 Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 6-12-2010 in the area comprising Kollam Taluk in the Revenue District of Kollam with Register No. 4/2000/KLM.
