Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the following Laboratory Equipments (6 items) to Chief Disease Investigation Office , Palode, Pacha P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram .
as The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. 14/2010-11 Supply of Laboratory Equipments (6 items ) and should be addressed to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer , Palode , Pacha P.O. , Pin- 695 562 , Thiruvananthapuram District , Kerala . Last date for the receipt of the tender is 30-12-2010 at 4 p.m. Late tenders will notbe accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 31-12-2010 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Estimate cost-Rs . 1,40,000 .
EMD-1 % .
Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Intending Disease Investigationtion Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O. , Pin- 695 562 , Thiruvananthapuram District for the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400+ VAT ( 4 %) and price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable . The tender forms are not transferable . Those who wish to get tender form by post may send Rs . 500 by Money Order which includes cost taxes , which is theetc.
postal charges etc. Sale of the tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 30-12-2010 . Cheques , Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the forms be send as V.P.P. ത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി مواله و. ദർഘാസുകൾ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 14/2010-11 സപ്ലൈ ഓഫ്‌ലബോറട്ടറി ഐറ്റംസ് " എന്ന് കവറിന് പുറത്ത് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്ററിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ , പാലോട് , പച്ച പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം പിൻ 695 562 എന്ന വിലാസ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ , ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 30-12-2010 വെകുന്നേരം 4 മണി . ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 31-12-2010 പകൽ 11.30 - ന് ദർഘാസ് നൽകിയ വരുടെയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ വരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വേണം അവർ
