Scaled competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of Materials for Making Artificial Limbs to Medical College, Kottayam.
Tender forms canbe had from this office on payment of Rs . 1,040 prescribed cost in Cash or by Money Order till 11-1-2011 , 12.30 p.m. No other modes of remittance will be entertained . Those who required tend forms by post, a sum of Rs . 40 will be added towards Postage Charges . Money Orders should reach this office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded.
Theduly signed tenders superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C1 / 15569/2010/MCK for the purchase of Materials for Making Artificial Limbs addressed to "The Principal , MedicalMedical College ,College , Kottayam -8 " should reach this office on or before 11-1-2011 , 2 pm. the due date mentioned above, Tenders received late will not be entertained . The duly received tenders will be opened at 11-1-2011 , 3 p.m. at the stipulated time in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .

ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ 1,040 രൂപ നിശ്ചിത തുക അടപ്പ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 11-1-2011 , 12.30 മണി വരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 40 രൂപ അധികം മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ്. മണിയോർഡറുകൾ ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പത്രത്തിൻറെ വില മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
