PRE- QUALIFICATION TENDER NOTICE
Last date and time of receipt of tender documents- 12-1-2011 upto 4p.m.
No. DGTN/PQ/ 2010-11 . 27th November 2010 .
Date and time of opening of Pre- qualification details-12-1-2011 at 4.30 p . m .
Time of completion-9 months .
The Labour Contract Societies who participate in the tender shall produce necessary certificate obtained from the Joint Registrar regarding their qualification and certificate obtained from the Assistant Registrar regarding the works in hand as stipulated in the G. O. ( Ms. ) No. 135/97/ Co. -op. dated 13-11-1997 . Exemptions and preferences allowed to Labour Contract Societies vide G. O. (Ms.) No. 135/ 97 / Co - op . dated 13-11-1997 and KSCC vide G. O. (Ms. ) No. 81 / 97/PW & T dated 7-8-1997 and G.O. (Ms. ) No. 75 /98/PWD dated 18-8-1998 will be applicable to this tender also .
Tender for pre-qualification and execution of the following work is invited from financially sound and well experienced Registered 'A' Class Contractors/ Firms of Kerala PWD , who have successfully completed at least one similar work costing more thatthan 40 %(Forty percent) of Estimate P. A. C. of the proposed work during the last five years . Tender documents can be downloaded from the official website of PWD (www.keralapwd.gov.in) and cost of tender documents (including all taxes ) shall be submitted along with the tender documents by Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Superintending Engineer , PWD ( R & B) , Central Circle, Aluva payable at Aluva . The copy of Contractor's Registration Card should also be submitted along with the tender documents .
