TENDER NOTICE
No. MZ (K)-4532/2010. 30th November 2010.
accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 400 + VAT which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 29-12-2010. Cheques, Postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent on VPP. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs. 200 + VAT per copy.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited by the undersigned from competent and reputed agencies for the installation of location board as per specifications given below.
1. Location Board—2 Nos.
Viner printed map in copper tin with broadgage and also with iron pipe frame for fixing near the 2 gates, (2 Nos.) Height—12.5 Feet, Width—9 Feet
2. Name board —2 Nos.
Height—10 Feet, Width—10.5 Feet Moulded with round, golden letter in black g r a n i t e (both in English and Malayalam)
The last date of receipt of tenders is 1 p. m. on 30-12-2010. The tenders should be submitted in sealed cover superscribed "Tenders for Installation of Location Board for the Directorate of Museums and Zoos" and adressed to the Director, Museums and Zoos, Museum Compound, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 30-12-2010 in the office of the undersigned in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be presented at that time.

Tenders which lack the required documents, sufficient EMD etc. will be summarily rejected even if the rates quoted are lowest. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or postponed the tenders without assigning any reasons. Successful tenders must provide Rs. 5,000 as security deposit and enter into an agreement in Rs. 100 stamp paper. Security deposit will be refunded on successful installation of both the location and name board in good condition. The boards must be installed within the 2 months from the date of supply order. The detailed tender conditions can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പിൽ ലൊക്കേഷൻ ബോർഡുകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് താല്പര്യമുള്ള കമ്പനികളിൽ നിന്നും /വ്യ‡ികളിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ബോർഡുകളുടെ വിവരം
1. ഗേജ് കൂടിയ നാഗത്തകിടിൽ മാപ്പ് വിനീർ പ്രിന്റ ് ചെയ്ത് ഇരുമ്പ് പൈപ്പ് ഫ്രെയിമോടുകൂടി ഫിക്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് (2 എണ്ണം)

ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 30-12-2010-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെയാണ്. ടെ≠റുകൾ സീൽ ചെയ്ത കവറിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കേ≠തും, കവറിന് പുറത്ത് തിരുവനന്തപുരം മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാല വകുപ്പിൽ ലൊക്കേഷൻ ബോർഡുകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെ ടുത്തിയിരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡയറക്ടർ, മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാലാ വകുപ്പ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം അയക്കേ≠ത്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്നവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 3.30-ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടേയോ അവർ ച ു മ ത ല െ പ്പ ട ു ത്ത ു ന്ന വ ര ു േ ട േ യ ാ സ ാ ന്ന ി ദ്ധ ്യ ത്ത ി ൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ മ്യൂസിയം മൃഗശാലാ ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠തും ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വാറ്റും ഒടുക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറാവുന്നതല്ല. കൂടാതെ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡി.ഡി. യും ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
