SHORT TENDER NOTICE

[No. X & XIII/2010-11]

No. B /1351/2010, B/1708/2010, 22nd December 2010.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Chemicals and Annual Maintenance Contract for the Lab. equipments. (Deep freezer-20,-80, Refrigerators-(Kelvinator, Samsung, Godrej and L. G.), Air Conditioner (10 Nos.) to Chief Disease Investigation Office, Palode, Thiruvananthapuram.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. X and XIII/2010-11 Chemicals and Annual Maintenance Contract for the Lab, equipments and should be addressed to the Cheif Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O., Pin-695 562, Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala. Last date for the receipt of tender is 13-1-2011 at 4 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 14-1-2011 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

മൃഗസംരക്ഷണ വകുപ്പിലെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ചീഫ് ഡീസിസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് കെമിക്കൽസ് ആന്റ ് ആനുവൽ മെയിന്റനൻസ് കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് ഫോർ ലാബ് എക്യുപ്മെന്റ ്സ് നൽകുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരാധിഷ്ഠിത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 10 ആന്റ ് 13/2010-11 കെമിക്കൽസ് ആന്റ ് ആനുവൽ മെയിന്റനൻസ് കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് ഫോർ ലാബ് എക്യുപ്മെന്റ ്സ് എന്ന് കവറിന് പുറത്ത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ, പാലോട്, പച്ച. പി.ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കേരളം, പിൻ-695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ വേണം സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 13-1-2011 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ. ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-1-2011 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയവരു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേ ഷൻ ഓഫീസർ, പാലോട്, പച്ച പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കേരളം, പിൻ-695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടേ≠ താണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട രൂപത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളിൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസു കൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ. ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷ യോടൊപ്പം ` 400-ഉം (ഒന്നിന്റെ വില) അതിന്റെ വാറ്റ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള നികുതിയും നൽകേ≠താണ്. പ്രസ്തുത തുക തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദ ർ ഘ ാ സ ു ക ൾ കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുള്ളവർ ` 600 ദർഘാസ് വില, വാറ്റ് നികുതി, തപാൽ ചാർ÷് ഇനങ്ങളിലായി മണി യോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 12-1-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിയ്ക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില ചെക്കായോ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറായോ, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായോ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 200+ വാറ്റ് നികു തിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള കൂടു തൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ഒ ാ ഫ ീ സ ി ൽ ന ി ന്ന ു ം അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
