issued at ` 150 + VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamp of worth ` 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Goods to the department of Physical Education of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11 under PD Athletic Fund. The tender cost is ` 42,145. The list of required specifications will be supplied along with the tender form.
EMD—1%.
Cheque/Postage Stamp/ Postal Order etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP. Kerala stamp paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the state in case they request for the same and remit separately ` 50 being the cost of stamp paper and ` 30 towards postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.

The tenders should be submitted as "Tender No. A6/3798/10/GCW dated 17-12-2010 for the supply of Sports Goods to the departments of Physical Education" and addressed to the Principal, Government College For Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 15-1-2011 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above would be opened on 15-1-2011 at 3 p.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following laboratory equipments amounting to ` 1,00,000 utilizing the Plan Fund 2010-11 for Government College, Ambalapuzha.
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the Supply of Laboratory Equipments-2010-11 (Plan fund)" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Ambalapuzha, Pin-688 561. അമ്പലപ്പുഴ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2010-11 വർഷത്തിൽ ` 1,00,000 വില വരുന്ന താഴെ പറയുന്ന ലബോറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government College, Mananthavady obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. The cost of tender form is ` 788 which is the price fixed for the form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Application for tender form through post should be accompanied by a money order remittances of ` 823. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The forms will not be sent by V.P.P. The last date for the sale of tender form will be 11-1-2011 at 2 p. m. The tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for. An agreement has to be executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 50 along with each tender. The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
