Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Medical equipments from the competent firms/individuals to Government Homoeopathic Medical College, Iranimuttom Thiruvananthapuram.

Estimate (Approximate) cost—` 2,40,000.

Cost of tender forms :

Original— ` 500 + VAT.

Duplicate—` 250 + VAT.

Last date and time for sale of tender forms—

11-1-2011, 3 p. m.

Last date and time for sale of tender forms by post—

4-1-2011, 3 p. m.

Last date and time for receipt of Tenders—

of total cost of articles tendered with a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and the filled in tenders should reach the office of the Principal and Controlling Officer, Government Homoeopathic Medical College, Iranimuttom, Thiruvananthapuram within the prescribed date and time. Only cash and money orders are accepted for issuing tender forms. Tender number and date of tender should be clearly specified in each cover while submitting tender forms and for other correspondence. Tenders received after the specified date and time will be summarily rejected then and there. If the date of opening of tender happens to be a holiday the tender will be opened on the next working day itself. More details if any can be had from this office on all working days.
