TENDER NOTICE

No. C4-744/2010. 9th December 2010.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of electronic equipments for MIE and E/mech trades of ITI Chenneerkara.

Date of Sale of tender form—31-12-2010.

Last date and time of recepit of sealed tender—

7-1-2011, 11 a.m.

Date and time of opening of sealed tenders—7-1-2011, 2 p. m.

Cost of Tender Form:

Original—` 338 + 12.5% VAT.

Duplicate—` 169 + 12.5% VAT.

The cost of tender form will be accepted only by cash or money order. The tender should be superscribed with tender number dates and address of the Principal, ITI, Chenneerkara, Pathanamthitta. Late tenders will not be accepted. One percent of the total cost should be enclosed as EMD and a valid period of 3 months from the date of open of the tenders should be offered. Other wise the tenders will be rejected. Tender in original should be accompanied with priliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 50. Otherwise the tenders will not be onsidered. Stamp paper will be forwarded to the firms, outside Kerala if required, by remitting ` 75 (Rupees Seventy five only), seperately by money order (` 25 is needed to cover postage and incidental charges). Tender forms are not transferable.

വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പിന്റെ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ചെന്നീർക്കര എെ.ടി.എെ.-ലെ മെക്കാനിക്ക് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ്, ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ മെക്കാനിക്ക് എന്നീ ട്രേഡുകളിലേക്ക് താഴെകാണുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ താത്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില—

ഒറിജിനൽ—` 338 + 12.5% വാറ്റ്.

ഡ്യൂപ്ളിക്കേറ്റ്—` 169 + 12.5% വാറ്റ്. ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പനയുടെ അവസാന തീയതി—

മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—7-1-2011, 11 മണി.

ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—

ദർഘാസ് പണമായിട്ടോ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ പ്രൻസിപ്പാൾ, എെ. ടി. എെ. ചെന്നീർക്കര, പത്തനംതിട്ട എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയക്കേ താണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല. ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ` 50 (അൻപതുരൂപ മാത്രം) വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർപത്രവും ഉ ായിരിക്കേ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് തുറ ക്കുന്ന തീയതിമുതൽ മൂന്നുമാസം വരെ വില നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉ ായിരിക്കണം അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ ങ്കിൽ ` 75 (എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യമു മാത്രം) മണിയോഡർ ആയി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. (മണിയോ ഡർ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.) ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
