SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. 8472/T3/2010. 3rd December 2010.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Digital Multifunctional Photocopier machine on buy back basis in the Directorate (specifications attached). The old Konica photocopier can be inspected on any working day. The envelop containing tender should be addressed to the Director of Mining and Geology, Kesavadasapuram, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004. The last date for the receipt of the tenders is 10-1-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened on 12-1-2011 at 11 a. m. in the presence of such of the tenderer or the authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Intending tenderers may apply to the Director of Mining and Geology, Kesavadasapuram, Pattom P. O., Thiruvanathapuram for obtaining the requisite tender form in which tender should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 + VAT @ 4.04% for original and ` 200 + VAT @ 4.04% for duplicate which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 31-12-2010 at 4 p. m. Cheques will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. EMD 1% of the total cost of the equipments tendered for should be attached as Demand Draft with the tender.

മൈനിംഗ് ആന്റ് ജിയോളജി വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റിലെ ഉപയോഗത്തിനായി ഡിജിറ്റൽ മൾട്ടിഫംഗ്ഷണൽ ഫോട്ടോ കോപ്പിയർ മെഷീൻ ബൈ ബാക്ക് ബേസിസിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ള നിർമ്മാതാക്കളിൽ/വിതരണക്കാരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ഉപകരണത്തിന്റെ വിവരണം ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു. പഴയ കോണിക്ക ഫോട്ടോ കോപ്പിയർ എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസവും പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്ന താണ്. ഇതിലേക്കായുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡയറക്ടർ, ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ്ഓഫ് മൈനിംഗ് ആന്റ് ജിയോളജി, കേശവദാസപുരം, പട്ടം പാലസ് പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം-04 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ 10-1-2011-ാം തീയതിക്കുള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഇങ്ങനെ ലഭിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 12-1-2011-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഹാജരുള്ള കക്ഷികളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ താണ്. ഫോറം ഡയറക്ടർ, ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ് ഓഫ് മൈനിംഗ് ആന്റ് ജിയോളജി, കേശവദാസപുരം, പട്ടം പാലസ് പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം-4 എന്നവരിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 400+നികുതി 4.04% അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാ ണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 200+നികുതി 4.04% അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കേ താണ്. അടച്ച ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മടക്കിനൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറം ഒരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 31-12 -2010-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി ചെക്ക് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉപകരണത്തിന്റെ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത സംഖ്യയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ താണ്.
