Whereas Kerala Labour Welfare Fund Commissioner has received an amount of ` 7,890.35 on 8-1-2002 from Tata Tea Ltd., Munnar Workshop, Munnar by way of unpaid accumulation of certain Employees and whereas now Sri Baliah Munnar Workshop, Munnar as per his letter dated 20-11-2003 has made a claim for disbursement of ` 3,580.74 (Rupees three thousand five hundred eighty and seventy four paise only).

An amount of ` 1,697.06 received on 13-1-2003 from Tata Tea Ltd., Kallar Estate, Munnar by way of unpaid accumulation of certain Employees and whereas now Sri R. Sekhar, Kallar Estate, Munnar as per his letter dated 2-5-2003 has made a claim for disbursement of ` 1,132.42 (Rupees one thousand one hundred thirty two and forty two paise only).

An amount of ` 2,854.42 received on 11-7-2001 from the Thiruvambadi Company Ltd., Thiruvambadi Estate, Mukkam P.O., by way of unpaid accumulation of certain Employees and whereas now Sri C. Kunhimohammed, Thiruvambadi Estate, Mukkam as per his letter dated 29-5-2002 has made a claim for disbursement of ` 983.40 (Rupees nine hundred eighty three and forty paise only).

An amount of ` 5,968.55 received on 5-2-2002 from Harrisons Malayalam Ltd., Wallardie Estate, Vandiperiyar, P.O., by way of unpaid accumulation of certain Employees and whereas now Sri Dicruz Wallardie Estate, Vandiperiyar as per his letter dated 2-12-2002 has made a claim for disbursement of ` 4,452.37 (Rupees four thousand four hundred fifty two and thirty seven paise only).

It is notified under section 13 (3)(b) of the Kerala Labour Welfare Fund Act that any other person claiming to be legal heirs of the deceased within 15 days of the publications of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette should prefer their claims in writing, so as to forward the same to Industrial Tribunal for adjudication and if no such claims are received with the prescribed time, the amount claims Sri Baliah, Sri R. Sekhar, Sri C. Kunhimohammed and Sri Dicruz will be paid to them after the adjudicating the issue.

ടാറ്റാ ടീ ലിമിറ്റഡ് മൂന്നാർ വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പ് മൂന്നാർ, മൂന്നാറിലെ തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് അവകാശപ്പെട്ട അൺപെയ്ഡ് തുകയായ 7,890.35 (ഏഴായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റിത്തൊണ്ണൂറ് രൂപ മുപ്പത്തിയഞ്ച് പൈസ മാത്രം) 8-1-2002-ാം തീയതി കേരള ലേബർ വെൽഫെയർ ഫ≠ിലേക്ക് സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ മാനേജർ അടച്ചിട്ടു≠്. എന്നാൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയിൽ 3,580.74 (മൂവായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി എൺപത് രൂപ എഴുപത്തിനാല് പൈസ മാത്രം) സ്ഥാപനത്തിലെ തൊഴിലാളിയായ ശ്രീമാൻ ബാലയ്യ 20-11-2003-ാം തീയതി പ്രകാരമുളള എഴുത്തു മുഖേന ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട തുകയും.

എന്നാൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയിൽ 4452.37 (നാലായിരത്തി നാന്നൂറ്റി അൻപത്തിര≠് രൂപ മുപ്പത്തി ഏഴ് പൈസ മാത്രം) സ്ഥാപനത്തിലെ തൊഴിലാളിയായ ശ്രീമാൻ ഡിക്രൂസ് 2-12-2002-ാം തീയതി പ്രകാരമുളള എഴുത്തുമുഖേന അവകാശപ്പെട്ട തുകയും നൽകണമെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠്.

എന്നാൽ മേൽകാണിച്ച തുകകളിൽ മറ്റാർക്കെങ്കിലും അവകാശമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം കേരള ലേബർ വെൽഫെയർ ഫ≠് ബോർഡിൽ രേഖാമൂലം അവകാശം ഉന്നയിക്കേ≠താണ്. മറ്റ് അവകാശികൾ ആരും ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രസ്തുത തുക ഏലപ്പാറ ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ ട്രൈബ്യൂണലിന്റെ തീരുമാനത്തിന് വിധേയമായി സർവ്വശ്രീ. ബാലയ്യ, ആർ. ശേഖർ, സി. കുഞ്ഞിമുഹമ്മദ്, ഡിക്രൂസ് എന്നിവർക്ക് കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്.
