Whether the denial of employment to Shri Alex Daniel by the management of Airline Training Academy, Varkala is justifiable? If not, what relief he is entitled to?

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between Shri Zulfikar, K. M., Managing Director, Airline Training Academy, Endy Tower, Maithanam, Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram and the workman of the above referred establishment Shri Alex Daniel, Daisy Bhavan, Chengamanad P. O., Kottarakkara in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said Industrial Dispute for adjudication;
