Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Museum Articles/Specimens to the Department of Rachana Sareera of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11 upto 31-7-2011.
Tenders should be superscribed "Supply of Museum Articles/Specimens" addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date for receipt of the tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 15-1-2011. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 15-1-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash of ` 416 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not (1) (2)

Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate an Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College,Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2011. The Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിലെ രചന ശരീര ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ിൽ 2010-11 വർഷങ്ങളിലേക്ക് 31-7-2011 വരെ ചുവടെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ''രചന ശരീര ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സാധനങ്ങൾ'' എന്ന തലക്കെട്ടോടുകൂടി ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 15-1-2011, 3 മണി വരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-1-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാ നിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ്ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ `50 കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2011 വരെ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില ` 416. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില `208.
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % (ഒരു ശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും 100 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെ≠റും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

Tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the Supply of Charts, Models & Slides" and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur Pariyaram. Last date of the receipt of sealed tenders to this office is 19-1-2011 at 3 p. m. . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 19-1-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 + 4% VAT, Total ` 416. Postal charge of ` 50 should be added if the forms needed by post. The price fixed for a form/set of forms is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be started at 10 a.m. on 3-1-2011. and will be closed at 3 p. m. on 18-1-2011. Demand Draft, Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by VPP. Duplicate tender form if requested will be issued at ` 200+4% VAT, total ` 208. A Preliminary Agreement as per Appendix XVII on Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 together with an EMD of 1% of the total amount quoted should be attached with the tender form by way of Demand Draft/Postal Order.
