ത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വരെ വില 11 a. m.

നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. അല്ലാത്ത

ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യ

മു≠െങ്കിൽ `125 (നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്ര

പ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. (മണിയോർഡർ മാത്രമേ

സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.) ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ

പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ആവശ്യമായ ഇ.എം.ഡി. ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത

ടെ≠റുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

The cost of tender form will be accepted only by cash of Money Order. The tender should be superscribed with tender number and dates and addressed to the Director of Training, Industrial Training Department Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram-14. Late tenders will not be accepted. One percent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit. Validity period 3 months from the date of opening the tenders, otherwise will be rejected. Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 (Rupees One Hundred only) otherwise the tender will not be considered. Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala if required by remitting ` 125 (Rupees One Hundred and twenty five only) separately by Money Order (` 25 is intended to cover, postage and incidental expenses). Tender forms are not transferable.
