TENDER NOTICE
[No. 84/2010-11]
No. 24340/2010/G4.
13th December 2010.
Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 84/2010-11 for the supply of Toner Catridges is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 21-1-2011 at 1 p.m. and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of `800+VAT @ 4 % fororiginal form and ` 400 + VAT @ 4 % for duplicate. Cheque, Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. However the tender will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to cash payment by Money Order inclusive of postal charges
of ` 32. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of
tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 21-1-2011. An
agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be
executed along with the tenders. Money Orders will be
entertained only upto 14-1-2011 and the purpose of
sending money order should be specified in Money Order
coupon clearly. Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by
Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and
preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100
will not be accepted on any account.
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന്
ടോണർ കാഡ്രിഡ്ജുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച
ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 21-1-2011,
1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക്
ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജന്റുമാരു
ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ്
അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 84/2010-11 ടോണർ കാഡ്രിജുകൾ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച്" എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന
ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം
സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ `800 + വാറ്റ് 4 % (നികുതികൾ പുറമെ) നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് `400 + വാറ്റ് 4 % (നികുതികൾ പുറമെ) നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവ.
സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ്
ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ
ഓർഡർ, തപാൽസ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി.
പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ മണി
യോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള ` 32 സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം
രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ്
ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. ` 100 വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റും
മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം
സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും
സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മണിയോർഡർ 14-1-2011 വരെ മാത്രമേ
സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകത
യുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യ‡മായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
