No. P2-3282/2010/GECB. 22nd December 2010.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Robotic Trainer required for Mechanical Engineering Lab of Mechanical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram. Estimate Amount is ` 2,65,000.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. P2/3282/2010/GECB due on 28-1-2011" and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 3 p. m. on 28-1-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders accepted will be opened at 11 a. m. on 29-1-2011 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by remittance of ` 552 which is the price fixed for the same and which is non refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on 28-1-2011. Cheque, Stamps, Demand Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at the rate of ` 276 per copy.

As per tender condition, the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 50 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി2-3282/2010 തീയതി ഇവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 28-1-2011-ാം തീയതി 3 മണിക്കുമുമ്പ് സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-1-2011-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments required for Electronics and Instrumentation Lab of Government Polytechnic College, Mattannur, Kannur.

The tenders should be superscribed Tender No. B-1330/2010 for the purchase of equipments for Electronics and Instrumentation Lab and addressed to the Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Mattannur-670 702. Last date for receipt of tender is 20-1-2011 at 2 p. m. and the tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 20-1-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Estimate Cost `—1,59,000.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Mattannur obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400+VAT @ 12.5% which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances.

The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 11 a. m. on 20-1-2011. Cheques, D.D., Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be send per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 200+VAT per copy.
