RE-TENDER NOTICE
[No. 23/2010-11]
No. G1-31044/2010/Stores. 28th December 2010.
Sealed, competitive tenders are invited from the manufacturers/suppliers for the supply of Mastitis Detector Machine (76 Nos.) for the year 2010-11.
SPECIFICATION

Original—` 3,500 + VAT @ 4%
` 3,500 + 140 = ` 3,640.
Duplicate—` 1,800 + VAT @ 4%
` 1,800 + 72 = ` 1,872.

17-1-2011, 4 p. m.
Due date and time for receipt of tenders—18-1-2011, 4 p. m.
Date and time for opening of tenders—19-1-2011, 11.30 a.m.
Date up to which the rates are to be firm for acceptance—31-3-2011.

Details of instruments and equipments to be supplied can be had along with the tender form, Government of Kerala Website-www.kerala.gov.in and the department website ahd.kerala.gov.in. Intending tenderers may collect the tenders on payment of exact amount towards the cost of tender form at the office between 10.30 a. m. & 4 p. m. on remitting the amount in cash. Tenders can be obtained through post on sending the tender cost as money order only and the amount should include the amount for return of tender. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted as the cost of tender form nor the form be sent by Value Payable Post. Tender form can be obtained from the Office of the Director of Animal Husbandry on payment of the cost in cash during office hours. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. Tenders should be superscribed as "Re-tender No. 23/2010-11 for 3. The supply should be from the new stock noting the original specification, make of model etc. 4. The supply should be completed as per the date mentioned in the supply order.
5. The tenderers shall quote only factory assembled sets and sets and equipments brought in parts and assembled in site will not be accepted.
6. The rate quoted should be in Indian currency and the payment will also be in Indian currency.
7. Ex-go down rates for destination will not be accepted and such tenders will be summarily rejected.
8. The successful tenderers should complete all supplies with in the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extension of supply period will be granted.
9. Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.
10. Payment will be effected only after successful installation and trial run. Advance payment is not possible.
11. The firms registered with Kerala Store Purchase Department and NSIC Ltd., should produce a copy of current registration certificate along with the tender for exemption of EMD.
12. The security deposit furnished by the firm will be released only after the guarantee period.
13. If the date scheduled for receiving/opening of tenders is declared as holiday (local/General) tenders will be received and opened on the next working day respectively
14. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all the rights to delete any items for the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
15. The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.
16. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
17. The items are to be supplied as specified in the supply order.
18. Brochures & Other details should be incorporated.
19. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves the right to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.
