UNDER SECTION 9 (2) OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961

UNDER SECTION 13 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961
The sub-joined statement is an extract from the survey field registers giving particulars of the lands registered and surveyed in the name of concerned. Appeal if any, against the survey should be presented within one month from the date of publication of this notice to the officer-in-charge of the survey whose Headquarters are at Tirurangadi.

payment of fees prescribed from time to time.

2. UNDER SECTION 13 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961 1. താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീസർവെ ഇപ്പോൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആക്ടിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

1. It is hereby notified under section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (Act 37 of 1961) that the survey of the undermentioned areas are now completed.
2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലമോ 2007-ലെ ഭേദഗതി ആക്ട് 29 പ്രകാരം സെക്ഷൻ 13(എ) അനുസരിച്ച് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ ഉത്തരവുപ്രകാരമോ ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു. റീസർവ്വെ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡ് അതിനാൽ നിർണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായിനിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
2. Unless the survey hereby notified is modified by a decree of Civil Court under the provisions of section 14 of the said Act, the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded.
