നമ്പർ P/L. 5/2010/ DOQ. 2010 മേയ് 19. 28-12-2007-ലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപന പ്രകാരം കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ പഞ്ചായത്ത് വകുപ്പിൽ ` 5510-8590 ശമ്പള നിരക്കിൽ ഓവർസിയർ ഗ്രേഡ്- III (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 500/2007) തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതിന് 10-7-2009-ൽ നടന്ന ഒബ്ജക്റ്റീവ് ടൈപ്പ് (ഒ. എം. ആർ.) പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ സോപാധിക മായി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താൻ സാധ്യതയുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമ ത്തിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല. റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന തിനു മുമ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ ജനനതീയതി, യോഗ്യത, സമുദായം എന്നിവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകൾ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഒബ്ജക്ടീവ് ടൈപ്പ് (ഒ.എം.ആർ.) പരീക്ഷയിൽ 56-ഉം അതിനു മുകളിലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ചവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരു കളാണ് മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗ ക്കാർക്കുള്ള ഉപപട്ടികകളും തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകളുടെ മുമ്പിൽ 'ക്യൂ' ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

100548 100749 100759 100773 100912 കുറിപ്പ:്—1. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും, നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി, തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ളത്. സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന തിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

2. അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത.് അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

3. സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെ ട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷ യിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനനതീയതി, ജാതി, എന്നിവയും, മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണ ങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഓരോ ശരിപകർപ്പും പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനാ വേളയിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ താണ്.

4. ഈ സാധ്യത പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതും 19-12-2009-ലെ ജി. ഒ. (പി). നമ്പർ 117/2008/ എസ്. സി./എസ് റ്റി./ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരമുള്ള നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ നൽകിയത്)ഹാജരാക്കേ≠വരുമായ മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങൾ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തായ മറ്റു പ്രമാണങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത 'ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ' ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികയിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺക്രീമിലിയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ യാതൊരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽനിന്നും നീക്കംചെയ്യുന്ന താണ്.

5. വിമു‡ഭടൻമാരും കായികരംഗത്ത് മികവ് തെളിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരും അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെ ട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ ≠താണ്.

6. സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പു കളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകു കയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജ രാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രമാണങ്ങ ളുടെ പരിശോധനാ ദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

7. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അടങ്ങുന്ന കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ 16-3-2010-ലെ ER VII (1) 6262/09/EW. നമ്പർ വി⁄ാപനം ഇതോടൊപ്പം നൽകിയിട്ടു≠്.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 19-9-2009 and the verification of orginal documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 23-2-2010 for selection to the post of Forest Guard on ` 4990-7090 (PR) in Forest Department in Pathanamthitta District (Category No.55/2008) arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 3-5-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But recheking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State-PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office. Application for re-checking of answerscript should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Application submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The Applications for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the Public Service Commission. The application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet ( Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) in any one of the treasuries in the state by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts 99-Other receipts." The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), K.P.S.C., Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the K.P.S.C. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, K.P.S.C., District Office, Pathanamthitta within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 31 (Thirty One) marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR) Test have been included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extended necessary in respect to candidates included in the Supplementary Lists.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

3. പരീക്ഷയിൽ 76 (എഴുപത്തിയാറ്) ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ യാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടിക യിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപ പട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടി ട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേ ക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതായത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റു ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കു ന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ശാരീരിക അളവെടുപ്പിന് മുന്നോടിയായി നടത്തുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്.

5. ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിലെ മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ 19-12-2008-ലെ 117/2008/എസ്. സി./എസ്. ടി.

ഡി. ഡി. സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

(നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ കാലാവധി ഒരു വർഷമായി പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്.).

6. പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (അസ്സലും ര≠് പകർപ്പുകളും) ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ താണ്.

7. വിമു‡ഭട∑ാരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവർക്കുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേ ക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്പോർട്ട്സ് ആനുകൂല്യം അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾ അവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും (കേരള സ്പോർട്ട്സ് കൗൺസിൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ മേലൊപ്പോടുകൂടിയത്) പകർപ്പു കളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. എൻ. സി. സി.-'A', 'B', 'C' സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നേടിയവർ വെയിറ്റേജ് മാർക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അസ്സലും ശരിപകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

8. കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിൽ സ്ഥിരതാമസമുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ നേറ്റിവിറ്റിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റവന്യൂ അധികാരിയിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച നേറ്റിവിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അസ്സൽ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

9. നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തര ക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ അനുവദി ക്കുകയുള്ളു.

10. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന, ശാരീരിക അളവെ ടുപ്പ് എന്നിവ നടത്തുന്ന തീയതി, സ്ഥലം, സമയം എന്നിവ വ്യ‡ിഗത മെമ്മോ മുഖേന അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ശാരീരിക അളവെടുപ്പ് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ കമ്മീഷൻ നി›യിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ഹാജരാ കേ≠താണ്.

11. 27-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഇ. ആർ II(2)4770/ 2009/ഇ.ഡബ്ല്യു. നമ്പർ വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സുകൾ അസാധുവാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് പരിഗണിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
