TENDER NOTICE
No. A6-4307/2010/GCW. 10th January 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Plasma TV, Internet connectivity, White board, Laptop computer etc. to the Department of Music of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11. The tender cost is ` 1,21,000. The list of required specifications will be supplied along with the tender form.
The tender should be submitted as Tender No. A6/4307/10/GCW dated 10-1-2011 for the supply of Plasma TV, Internet Connectivity White board, Laptop computer etc. to the department of Music and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 25-1-2011 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above would be opened on 25-1-2011 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.
The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the College Office between 10 a. m. and 1 p. m. on all working days on payment of ` 400+VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at ` 200+VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing Postage Stamp of worth ` 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any cicrcumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Cheque/Postage Stamp/Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit seperately ` 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and ` 30 towards Postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.
N.B:—The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.

ടെ≠റുകൾ 25-1-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ടെ≠ർ നമ്പർ എ6/4307/10/സ.വ.കോ എന്നും അതിനു പുറമേ മ്യൂസിക് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിലേക്ക് πാസ്മ TV, ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് കണ്ക്ടിവിറ്റി, വൈറ്റ്ബോർഡ്, ലാപ്ടോപ് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെ≠ർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ആവശ്യമുള്ള വിശദീകരണങ്ങൾ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠റുകൾ ലഭിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 25-1-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി.
