ടി കേസിൽ സകലമാനപേരേയും തെര്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത.് ഹർജിക്കാരിയുടെ ഭർത്താവായിരുന്ന ബെനഡിക്ട് ഫിലെമോൻ 15-7-2009-ൽ മരണപ്പെടുകയും ടിയാന്റെ പേരിൽ നേമം വില്ലേജിൽ സർവ്വെ നമ്പർ 18/1-2, റീ-സർവ്വെ നമ്പർ 676/17-ൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവരുന്ന 8 സെന്റ ് വസ്തുവിൽ ഹർജിക്കാരി യുടെയും ടി മരണപ്പെട്ട ബെനഡിക്ടിന്റെയും മൈനർ സന്താന ങ്ങളായ എബി ബെനഡിക്ടിന്റെയും ആശാ ബെനഡിക്ടിന്റെയും വിഹിതം 5.32 സെന്റ ് വസ്തുവകകൾ വിൽപന നടത്തുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവു കിട്ടുന്നതിനായി ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഹർജി 24-2-2011-ൽ വിചാരണ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടി കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപ മുള്ളപക്ഷം ടി വിചാരണ തീയതിയിൽ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിക്കുവാനുള്ളതും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഹർജി പരിഗണിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതാണെന്നുള്ള വിവരവും ഇതിനാൽ തെര്യപ്പെടുത്തികൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഹർജിക്കാർ ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ടി ഹർജിയെപ്പറ്റി ആർക്കെങ്കിലും തർക്കം ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ 8-3-2011 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് ഈ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പി ക്കേ≠തും ആകുന്നു.
The petitioners filed the above Succession O. P. to obtain the said amount and the petition stands posted for hearing on 28-2-2011. If anybody has any objection in the said petition he/ she shall be present at 11 a.m. on the same day before the court and shall file objection in the matter.
