കുറിപ്പ്:–1. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

2. അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പരീക്ഷയിൽ 68 (അറുപത്തിയെട്ട്)-ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ്. ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ, അതായത്, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത, ജനന തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റു ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും പി. എസ്. സി. യുടെ പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ ആഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളവരും 25-8-2007-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് (പി) 46/2007/ എസ്. സി. എസ്. റ്റി. ഡി. ഡി. അഥവാ 19-12-2008-ലെ ജി. ഒ. (പി) 117/2008/എസ്.സി.എസ്.റ്റി. ഡി. ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠വരുമായ പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ, തങ്ങൾ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തായ മറ്റു പ്രമാണങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കു ന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹതയില്ലാത്ത18th JAN. 2011] KERALA GAZETTE 86 'ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ' വിഭാഗം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റുപിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികയിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഇനി ഒരറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കംചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

കായിക താരങ്ങൾ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടി ട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദി ക്കുകയോ, വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാ തിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നി›ിത സമയം കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അന്നേ ദിവസം ക്യത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയി ട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടു ത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത.് പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(3) സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടി ട്ടുളള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷ യിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും, മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെ ട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യ മായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടു ത്തിയ ശരിപകർപ്പുകൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ താണ്. നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.

(4) ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളളതും 19-12-2008-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 117/ 2008/എസ്.സി./എസ്.റ്റി./ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠വരുമായ മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായ ങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് രേഖ കളുടെ പരിശോധനാസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ താണ്. മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ചവരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത 'ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ' ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരു അറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. ജാതി/സമുദായ സംവരണത്തി നായി പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ഒരുവർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അതിന്റെ പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്.

(5) വിമു‡ഭടൻമാർ, കായികതാരങ്ങൾ, അംഗ വൈകല്യം സംഭവിച്ചവർ എന്നീ വിഭാഗ ത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനു കൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െ ങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(6) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പു കളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ട് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

(7) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടി ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തര ക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 7-11-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 25-11-2009 for selection to the Post of Binder Grade II on ` 3350-5275 in Printing Department (Category No. 29/2007) in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 29-4-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advise for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fees". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. The application for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Palakkad should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-Other reciepts 99 -Other receipts".
