SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. S-3035/2010/CE.

31st December 2010.

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Server, Computers & Printers to the Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram. The Estimated Amount is ` 13,50,000.

The tenders should be superscribed "No. S-3035/10/CE for the supply of Computers Printers etc." addressed to the Chief Chemical Examiner to Government, Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, P. H. Lab Compound, Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthapuram-35, Kerala. The last date for receipt of completed tenders is 31-1-2011 at 4 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be openedat 11 a. m. on 2-2-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at the time. Intending tenderers may on application to the

undersigned obtain the requisite tender forms with details

of items on which tenders are to be submitted.

Application for the tender forms should be accompanied

by a cash remittance of ` 2,363 (inclusive of S. T.)

which is the rate fixed for the original tender form and is

n o t

refundable under any circumstances. The sale of tender

forms will be closed at 29-1-2011 on 4 p. m. Cheques,

Postal Orders, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the

cost of forms, but money order will be accepted. The

tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender

forms if required will be issued at ` 1,181 per copy.

But tender forms will be issued against the receipt of

money order and postal charges.

ലാബിനുസമീപം, റെഡ്ക്രോസ് റോഡ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-35" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാ

കളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ നികുതിയടക്കം വിലയായ

ഓർഡർ എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങ

ളുടെ വില്പന 2011 ജനുവരി മാസം 29-ാം തീയതി

വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
