Sealed tenders are invited for the Calibration of Equipment for the use of Government Analyst Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram, Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ernakulam and Kozhikode for supply of the above places.
The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. 9/2010-11/ GAL for Calibration of Equipment" and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst, Government Analyst's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram-37 so as to reach the Chief Government Analyst on or before 4 p. m. on 29-1-2011. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 31-1-2011 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may sent an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by Cash remittance or Money Order of ` 1,248 (including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms. This is not transferred. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p. m. on 28-1-2011. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms not will be send by V.P.P. Duplicate forms, if required will be issued at ` 624 per each.

Application for tender form should be accompanied by the Chalan receipt of the remittance of the cost of tender form + VAT. The cost of tender form should be remitted in Treasury under the Head of Account "0210-Medical & Public Health-80-800-88-Other Receipts" and VAT (ST+ AST) under the Head of Account "0040- Sales Tax-102- State Sales Tax-01-Tax". Cost of tender form will not be returned at any cost.
Tenders should be accompanied by an EMD of 1% of the amount by Demand Draft in favour of District Medical Officer of Health, Palakkad from any Nationalised Bank and also a preliminary agreement in a stamp paper worth ` 100. Late tenders will not be entertained. The tender should contain the rates quoted for each item with specifications if any.
The tenders received within the prescribed time will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 2-2-2011 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Structure Trolley Stainless Steel 1370 x 560 x 813 cm 6 x 9/8 Wheel with fork 20 Nos. in Institute of Maternal and Child Health, Medical College, Kozhikode-8. Envelop containing tenders should be superscribed with tender number and addressed to the Superintendent, IMCH, Medical College, Calicut-8, Kerala. Tenders must be submitted in the sealed covers.
Tender will be opened at 12 Noon on 31-1-2011 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, IMCH, Medical College, Calicut, Kerala will obtain the requisite tender forms in which the tenders should be submitted.

The equipment should have minimum two years warrenty. All parts of the instruments should be included in the warranty. The rate for CAMC/AMC for 5 years after the warranty period should be specified in the tender otherwise tender will not be considered. The tenderers should undertake responsibility for the intimate service even if any change in the dealership of the product supplied. The tender sholuld be submitted the specification of the product with broacher of brand name.
The tender forms are not transferable. Cheque, Postage Stamps, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Tender forms will not be sent by VPP.
