Tender will be opened at the time and date noted against each tender in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Intending tenderers may obtain the tender forms from the undersigned on all working days from 10 a. m. to 4 p. m. Cheques, Drafts, Postage Stamps, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Duplicate tender, if required will be issued on additional payments as shown above. Tender form is not transferable and the cost is not refundable. Tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to be a cash payment of ` 50 in addition as postage charges.
