Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Drawing Boards for the use of Engineering Graphics classes of Government Polytechnic College, Vechoochira.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 2 p.m. on 2-2-2011, in the presence of the tenderers or other representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,560 for the original is the price fixed for the form and not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Tender forms can be obtained by post by sending Money Order of ` 1,590 for original. Cheques, Dafts, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Sale of tender form will be closed at 3 p. m. on 1-2-2011.

കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ എ7/3746/2010 കെമിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ലാബിലേക്ക് എന്നെഴുതിയ ദർഘാസ് അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവർ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പോളിടെക്നിക് കോളേജ്, കോഴിക്കോട്-673 005 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 31-1-2011-ന് 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 1-2-2011 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

താൽപര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 800 + വാറ്റ് 4% ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഫോറത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകണം. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാൽവഴി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 800 + വാറ്റ് 4% + 30 (തപാൽ ചാർ÷്) മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ചാൽ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ മാറ്റത്തിന് വിധേയമല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 400 + വാറ്റ് 4% + ` 30 തപാൽ ചാർ÷് ആയി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 31-1-2011-ന് പകൽ 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

3. Cost of tender forms (original and duplicate) is excluding of all taxes.

4. Receipt of the cost of tender forms are only through cash or through Money Order only.

5. Tenderers should furnish an agreement in the prescribed format in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 along with the tender form.

6. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) not below 1% of the total cost should be enclosed as Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Nationalised Bank along with the duly filled in tender form.
