1. പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ഡിവിഷണൽ അക്കൗ≠ന്റുമാർക്കുവേ≠ി കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ 2010 ജൂലൈ 23, 24, സെപ്റ്റംബർ 29 എന്നീ തീയതികളിൽ നടത്തിയ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ (സ്പെഷ്യൽ) പരീക്ഷയുടെ ഫലം ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു. ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും ജയിക്കുവാൻ മിനിമം 60 മാർക്ക് വീതവും Aggregate Minimum 45% മാർക്കും ലഭിച്ചെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ ടെസ്റ്റ് പൂർണ്ണമായും ജയിക്കുകയുള്ളു. ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും മാക്സിമം മാർക്ക് 150 ആണ്. ആകെ 450 മാർക്ക് അതായത് 202.5 മാർക്ക് (45% of 450) മൂന്ന് പേപ്പറിനും കൂടി ഒറ്റ സിറ്റിംഗിൽ ലഭിച്ചെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ ജയിക്കുവാൻ അർഹതയുള്ളു.
2. കമ്മീഷന്റെ 19-1-2009-ലെ (Resolution No. 16 dated 19-1-2009) ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം ഡിവിഷണൽ അക്കൗ≠ന്റ ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ജയിച്ച വർക്ക് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. 2009 ജനുവരി മുതലുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റുകൾക്ക് ഈ ഉത്തരവ് ബാധകമാണ്.
3. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ∑ാർ Annexure 1-ൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷയിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള എന്തെങ്കിലും വിവരം നൽകാതിരിക്കുകയോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അപ്രകാരമുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for Physical Measurement and interview for selection to the post of Forester (Direct Recruitment for Muslim and OBC on NCA vacancies) (Category No. 186/08) in the Froest Department on ` 6680-10790 in Kollam Circle (Gazette date 30-4-2008) on the basis of the objective type (OMR valuation) test held on 25-11-2009.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test.

Note:— (1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for Physical measurement and interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
(3) The candidates who have secured 67 (Sixty seven) marks and above are included in the List for Muslim community and those who have secured 57 (Fifty seven) marks and above are included in the list for Other Backward Community of the Short List.
(4) Physically Handicapped candidates are not eligible for selection to this post.
(5) Candidates whose register numbers are included in the short list are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, ie. qualification, date of birth, community and other benefits if any, to which they are entitled, to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification. The register numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the short list without further notice.
(6) The Candidates included in the Short List shall produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 117/08/SC/STDD dated 19-12-2008 along with other documents mentioned above or as and when called for. The Register Numbers of the Candidates, who fail to produce the required Non- Creamy Layer Certificate will be deleted from the Short list without further notice.

(8) (i) According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List if the prescribed fee of ` 50 (` Fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state by Chalan under the Head prescribed form (available from the Commission's website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the date of publication of this Ranked List officially released by the KPSC. Copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any of Account '0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited Examination Fee.' Applications for rechecking of answer script should be submitted within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various officer of the Commission or its photocopy or download and printed in A4 size paper from the Commissions from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

(ii) Valid applications for rechecking addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this Ranked List is officially released by KPSC. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
(iii) The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
(iv) In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
(9) Candidates who wish to obtain the photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit fees of the ` 200 (` Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of Account പി.എൽ. നമ്പർ 9/2010/DOA.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 5-7-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 10-2-2010 for the post of Tradesman (Carpentry) on ` 4990-7990 (PR) in Technical Education Department in Thrissur District, arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 31-10-2007 as Category No. 361/2007. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 9-6-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But re-checking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (` Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State-PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidate from this office. Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
The application for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, SC/ST Development Corporation Building, 2nd Floor, Opp. Town Hall, City Post Office, Chembukavu-20 should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the Public Service Commission. The application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee of ` 200 which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State which is to be credited to the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 other receipts 99-other receipts" and the original chalan receipt should be attached with the application. The copy of the OMR sheet will be given only once and copy of both "A" Part and "B" part will be given. Copy of invalidated answer scripts will not be given. The photo copy will be sent by Registered Post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy of their own answer script only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of other candidates answer script legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the photo copy of OMR answer script should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of Ranked List.
Entries put in column (8) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
All the candidates who have appeared for the OMR Test held on 5-7-2008 and who have appeared with necessary documents for the verification of Original Certificates have been included in the Ranked List.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 7-3-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 30-1-2010 for selection to the post of Technician Grade-II (Mechanic cum Machinist) on ` 3350-5275 in Printing Department (Cat. No. 28/07) in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 28-6-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But re-checking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 6-6-2009, Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test conducted for the candidates included in the Short List published on 5-5-2010 for the Post of Male Warder (Category No. 235/2008) on ` 5510-8590 in Jails Department in Kannur Unit for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 28-6-2008 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f. 28-7-2010.
The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordace with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the Answer Scripts will be re-checked if the candidates apply for it alongwith a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
The candidates, who require the photo copies of their OMR Answer Script should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head of Accounts "0051-PSC-800 other receipts 99-Other Receipts". The application for obtaining Photo copy of OMR Answer Script should be in prescribed form and should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded. The application form can be downloaded from the application section of the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org. Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.
