No. B/1351/2010, B/1708/2010. 17th January 2011.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Chemicals and Annual Maintenance Contract for the Lab Equipments (Deep freezer-20,-80, Refrigerators (Kelvinator, Samsung, Godrej and L.G.), Air Conditioner (10 Nos.) to Chief Disease Investigation Office, Palode, Pacha, Thiruvananthapuram.
The tenders should be superscribed Tender No. X and XIII/2010-11 Chemicals and Annual Maintenance Contract for the Lab. Equipments and should be addressed to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala, Pin-695 562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 10-2-2011 at 4 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 11 a. m. on 11-2-2011 in the presence of the tenderers of their authorized representatives who may be present at the time.
Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram District, Pin-695 562 for the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted. Application for the tender should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 (Four hundred only) + VAT (4%) + Cess each tenders which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. Those who wish to get tender form by Post may sent ` 600 (Six hundred only). Money Order which include cost taxes, Postal charges etc. Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 Noon on 12-1-2011. Cheques, Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form not will the forms be send as VPP. Duplicate forms if required will be issued @ ` 200 (Two hundred only) + VAT (4%) and Cess (1%) per copy. Details of the tenders can be had from this office on all working days.

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്റ്റിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ, പാലോട്, പച്ച പി. ഒ., തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കേരളം, പിൻ-695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട രൂപത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളിൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളു. ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭി ക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ` 400 (നാന്നൂറ് മാത്രം) അതിന്റെ വാറ്റ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള നികുതിയും നൽകേ≠താണ്. പ്രസ്തുത തുക തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണ മെന്നുള്ളവർ ` 450 (നാന്നൂറ്റി അമ്പത് മാത്രം) ദർഘാസ് വില, വാറ്റ് നികുതി, തപാൽ ചാർ÷് ഇനങ്ങളിലായി മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 10-2-2011 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില ചെക്കായോ പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറായോ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 200 (ഇരുന്നൂറ്) + വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിലും ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited from the manufacturers/suppliers or authorized dealers of Mobile hand sets for the supply of 1250 Nos. of Mobile Hand Sets for the year 2010-11. The offers containing the following documents:
1. Specification of the item with rate (inclusive of taxes or any other charges) and list of institutions where it has been supplied.
2. Letter from original manufacturer (in case of agents) regarding assurance about supply of spare parts, warranty conditions, years of warranty etc.
3. Copy of ISO Certification, if any.
4. Original tender form duly signed by authorized signatory.
5. Preliminary Agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100.
6. EMD (1% of total cost of items quoted) by means of Demand Draft in favour of the Director of Animal Husbandry, Kerala payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
7. An affidavit in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 notarized by a Notary Public of either the place where the person making the affidavit is residing or of Thiruvananthapuram signed by the owner of the firm.
8. A covering letter with name, address, Pin code, Tel/Fax No., E-mail address and other details of the firm with the list of enclosures to be specified and addressed to the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Thiruvananthapuram.
9. Pro forma for the above certificates to be attached separately.
Details of instruments and equipments to be supplied can be had along with the tender form, Government of Kerala website:www.kerala.gov.in and the Department website: ahd.kerala.gov.in. Intending tenderers may collect the tenders on payment of exact amount towards the cost of tender form at the office between 10.30 a. m. & 4 p. m. on remitting the amount in cash. Tenders can be obtained through post on sending the tender cost as money order only and the amount should include the amount for return of tender. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted as the cost of tender form nor the form be sent by Value Payable Post. Tender form can be obtained from the Office of the Director of Animal Husbandry on payment of the cost in cash during office hours. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes only.
2. The equipment should have a minimum warranty period of two years from the date of activation.
3. The supply should be from the new stock noting the original specification, make of model etc. 4. The supply should be completed as per the date mentioned in the supply order.
5. The tenderers shall quote only factory assembled sets and sets and equipments brought in parts and assembled in site will not be accepted.
6. The rate quoted should be in Indian currency and the payment will also be in Indian currency.
7. Ex-godown rates for destination will not be accepted and such tenders will be summarily rejected.
8. The successful tenderers should complete all supplies with in the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extension of supply period will be granted.
9. Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.
10. Payment will be effected only after successful installation and trial run. Advance payment is not possible.
11. The firms registered with Kerala Store Purchase Department and NSIC Ltd., should produce a copy of current registration certificate along with the tender for exemption of EMD.
12. The security deposit furnished by the firm will be released only after the guarantee period.
13. If the date scheduled for receiving/opening of tenders is declared as holiday (local/General) tenders will be received and opened on the next working day respectively.
14. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all the rights to delete any items for the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
15. The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding this purchase will be at Thiruvananthapuram.
16. The photocopies of the documents produced along with the tender should be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
17. The items are to be supplied as specified in the supply order.
18. Brochures & other details should be incorporated.
19. Service outlets should preferably be available in all districts.
20. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves the right to delete or waive any of the above special conditions.

Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed form are invited for the supply of Reagents/Chemicals/Laboratory Wares required for Research and Development Project, Clinical Lab, District Veterinary Centre, Palakkad. Separate list of items required with specifications attached.

All items must be delivered at the District Veterinary Centre, Palakkad. The items should have an expiry period of minimum two years. It should come with all standard fittings and spare accessories. The supply should be completed within 4-8 weeks from the date of placing supply order.
The rates should be for destinatiom freight prepaid in full inclusive of all taxes and duties prevailing at the ruling rate. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason. The lowest tender shall be accepted subject to the approval of the Director of Animal Husbandry, Thiruvananthapuram.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply, installation and commission of Nipple Drinking System in deep litter Sheds (3 Nos.) of Regional Poultry Farm, Malampuzha under the Control of Animal Husbandry Department. Price of the tender form :
Original—` 400 + 4% VAT.
Duplicate—` 200 + 4% VAT.
Closing date and time of sale of tender form—
16-2-2011, 4 p. m.
Closing date and time of receipt of tender form—
17-2-2011, 4. p. m.
Date and time of opening of tender—18-2-2011, 11 a. m.
Date up to which the rates are to be firm—31-3-2011.
The cover containing the tenders should be superscribed with the Tender No. 1/2010-11 and supply, installation and commission of Nipple drinking system. The tender should be accompanied by EMD 1% of the amount quoted and a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100.
The tender forms are available in all working days from the undersigned. Those who require tender forms by post they should pay ` 50 additionaly for postage expenses. The cost of tender forms are not refundable. After the confirmations of tender the tenderer should remit 5% of tendered amount as security deposit.
The tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderer, or his authorised representatives who may be present at the time. The undersigned reserves the right to accept and reject the tender without assigning any reasons.
